How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Not sure if the elevator is working properly so we had to carry our bags on 3rd floor.
The host is amazing and helpful, location perfect (city centre) and the apartment was very comfortable.

Paying city tax separately at the end of the stay in cash, it was inconvenient and last minute message from the landlady.
Best location ever! Easy check in and a very responsive owner.

The bathroom needs some renovation and smelly toilet.
Great location, walking distance to many fast foods, restaurants and bars. Very good hospitality.

- The apartment is the same you can see in the pictures, but they probably use an special light and lens as it seems bigger and brighter than it is. Also, it needs some manteinance - The AC and the mini fridge work at a very low capacity - Despite the good intention, as the host left more blankets because the day was cold, it made me feel unsafe the fact that she entered the apartment during our stay, without been previously agreed.
- The location is perfect, close to most of the tourist attractions, good restaurants, coffee shops and the super market. - Even though the elevator says “life danger”, it works and we used it for the bags and it was a huge help instead of carrying them 4 floors - The apartment is very clean - The communication with the host was great, she answer immediately - We needed to store the luggage for 3-4 hours after check out and she coordinated it with a hotel free of charge

The elevator works only under your responsibility because it has not been maintained and there is a warning paper telling that .. I had to carry bags to the third floor by stairs, which was very tiring
Honestly, I was surprised by the cleanliness and arrangement of the apartment, and it contained everything you need, and it is exactly opposite the stairs and the external corridors of the building.. The apartment is in the heart of the most lively place in Belgrade

Fully equipped, comfy, great location - very central, but also very quiet. Nice big and cosy bed, so you can have a good night sleep.

I loved how Natasa always helped us. She is the most amazing person ever and if you ever want to book this do it because you will feel very comfortable in the heart of the city knowing that the owner is always there for you

The apartment looks much bigger in the pictures. In reality, it's really small and don't count on the living room, if you are in 4. The bed in the living room covers all the space for walking... The arrangement is not that good, so if you are in 3, that's ok, the bedroom has a king bed + 1 separate bed. The check-in (keys) should be organized better (we needed to drive 2km from the apartment to pick up the keys).
Good location, just a few steps from the main street and the main square.

Since we have a little kid who is crolling and walking, we found that floor was a little bit dirty.
Accommodation is great! Clean in general. There was a hot water when we came, dishes was clean as well as bedclothes and towels. Location is one of the best in Belgrade. Everything is nearby, it's in center but still is very quietly. There are bakery, coffeey shop and market in 50m range. Highly recommended accommodation for night stay.

It is a little small everything is cramped up.Also there were some construction works that began early in the morning in the building.
The apartment is locate in the city centre.It was cozy and modern.Great value for money

Ms Natasa, the Host was amazing. She helped us with our luggages and took all our staff to 3rd floor by herself. She was also available all the time during our stay. The flat is in the heart of the city. We had a great time and for sure going to come back soon. Belgrade is an amazing city

The apartment is very small but it is okay for one night stay. There was a strange smell.
Location is central, cannot be better, everything is near. Host was really nice, friendly and helpful. WiFi was working well. The place was clean. Apartment has everything you may need.
