This is the first time in my life when I give 10 out of 10 rating to the hotel. We have spent 4 nights. 1. Surely the best location. We have been all around the city and I confirm this is the top location ever. 2. VERY clean. PERFECTLY clean! 3. The 5* service: minibar, cleaning, hostess, accuracy, staff, attention. Its like a small Rixos, but much better. I have no idea how did this small pretty hotel manage to become some a wonderful professional place like that. Thank you, deal all! This was a very special stay for us and we are coming back. Again and again. For your atmosphere and attitude. This was a great pleasure. Although it wasn't a big issue for us, the view from the room could be better. Mostly looking at a combo of the hotel elevator, hotel walls and an another building. Not too close to you but still you need to look high to see the sky even on the 5th floor.

The room... It was perfect. Clean, comfy, spacious... High ceiling gives it an extra feeling of spaciousness. Plenty of lighting options is a bonus. I didn't try to manually modify the room temperature but it always felt at the right temperature. The Staff... Amazing. They are very similing, always helpful. Location... You can't ask for more if you wanna be at walking distance to most attractions like restaurants, cafés, bars and museums but also need some peace and quitness around.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a level of thoughtfulness and service that usually costs hundreds of Euros per night. From the friendliness of the reception staff, to the excellent breakfast to the smallest things like the quality of shampoo provided, the place was great!

Perfect location, amazing size of the room and ceiling height. Room is in 5* category. Receptionist and restaurant staff are fantastic! Hotel is not huge so not a lot of guests. This hotel has the best position comparing with others in city centre because it is possible to order taxi to hotel door and that is huge advantage. There is another entrance that is connected to pedestrian street with lovely caffès.

The breakfast is excellent! Hot and freshly cook food and of varieties. Decor and aesthetic presentation nicely done giving out a perfect ambiance. No concept of bell desk to help in movement of luggage as default though they ask if one needs help. I chose to move it myself which was a bad idea as the elevator opens in between two floors so one has to take it few steps up or down. The lift door closes in a hurry and does not stop even if blocked. Should place more dustbins in room with working lids.

A centrally located hotel surrounded by chic cafes and shopping street. Hotel had a cozy cafe for breakfast(good choices available). Courteous staff at reception providing smooth check in and check out. Comfortable beds and jacuzzi tub. Room was regularly cleaned. Bath amenities were of good quality. Recommended for families with kids.

I stayed 1 night second time and was even more deligthed as the first time. Staff is super friendly and is talking to you like they really care about their guests. I stayed in Junior Suite with king sized bed which was really cosy. Everything in the room was perfectly placed and prepared to pamper the guest. There is a 24-hour reception with helpful staff, they even have some medicine for headache or stomach problems. Their breakfast is unique and you can get freshly prepared vegan food, they have also delicious home-made cakes. Highly recommended.
