we had very nice one night stay and weekend gateway so I have nothing that we did not like. Maybe, what I may have missed is some place in the hotel where one can sit and relax with a drink or a cake, without it being a restaurant where you sit at a table and have lunch. There is some sort of "lobby" but it's a couple of armchairs next to the reception and it's not comfortable for a casual conversation.

The hotel was really beautiful, well designed. Breakfast was delicious, more that we could eat, very tasty. The hotel restaurant was really nice, good offer and tasteful. I am sorry that the open part of the restaurant did not work (it was February). All stuff was friendly and helpful. SPA is small but well maintained - you have to book your time slot for visiting SPA in case of larger number of guests. Bathrobes are available in the rooms, but they shrunk from washing, so we had "jackets" to go to the sauna - a proposal to the management to think about their replacement.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself that was in their power. What was a bit annoying was the air quality. As almost everywhere in Serbia, in cities, it is very stuffy in the cold season. It would be nice if air purifiers were available in the rooms for such days. If you are not "used" to such air and, like me, are a non-smoker, then the whole thing can be very stressful, not to mention the health issues.

Nice and modern hotel with a small Spa area. Restaurant is linked to the complex. Has a nice view over a park area and stadium. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms.

The location is exceptional - the hotel is surrounded by nature. Spa center is brand new, with so many wellness options - my favorite was the pool. Room are clean, spacious and quite comfortable - we had a great view of the stadium. The restaurant on the bottom floor is amazing - the staff was very helpful and the food was top notch. Breakfast had a variety of options, and their a la carte meny had so many great choices. Recommend!

Staff is a hit or miss. Two girls that we met for check-in and dinner were very friendly, helpful and nice. A guy at the reception was pretty rude and unpleasant to my family members, so I it spoiled the overall impression.

Great location, overlooking the forest, with adventure park, aqua park and various shops nearby. Hotel is great, rooms big enough, with comfortable beds and nice balcony (plus view), spa is also nice, although a little small so reservation is required.

Overall was a good experience, but some negative details: Booking had a discounted price but the payment wouldn't go through, and the staff hotel could not help us with that, so we had to pay full price for the room which was quite small actually. In the hallways you could feel the strong smell of room spray, very chemical smell. Suggestion: use a more natural option, maybe some essential oils. We had to pay extra for the chairs at the outdoor pool. Everything else was great.

Wonderful location, recently renovated hotel in the middle of the forest, they served a great breakfast that was included in the price. Spa facilities and outdoor pool were also included in the price. Staff was nice, we got to relax and rest for a couple of days.

The pool in the wellness area has a sharp edge where I managed to seriously cut my toe. I would assume that this area is tested for health&safety.

There are a lot of steps up to the hotel which may not be suitable for the elderly. (There may be another entrance to which I am unaware - if so I apologise) This is a very minor complaint.

We only stayed here one night. However, it was a very enjoyable stay. Beautifully clean modern hotel. Staff were excellent, very polite and spoke English. We ordered room service at night. Order arrived quickly and food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, decent selection. Would definitely recommend.

We were in room 405 with a view of the hill from the trees. The room has a sofa and huge full-length windows. The design is black and gray, calm Scandinavian. There is a window in the bathroom. Dry and warm and very. quiet (there is a noise-absorbing wall) The elevator in the hotel is transparent and you can see the city. The new hotel and very clean design of the hotel is modern.
