For the price we paid, all was OK. Too bad the bathroom is too small, but is not a such a big deal. At least it was clean and had everything we needed.

It was amazing. Very polite and the room was clean, warm and very nice prepared for our arrival. The location was 10 min distance from the center, for the hot water I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was all good. If we needed something, the lady would help us. I recommend 100%.

Everything is clean and beautiful arranged. The room was thematicaly inspired by the Venice and it seems like you’re realy there. Host is extremaly kind and always at service. Location is at the quite place just byond the city centre.

Everything is great! The actual walking distance between the bus station and the guesthouse is nearer than Google Maps suggested. The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsible. She suggested us good places of dining and even some places in Kosovo! Recommend!

In a very charming house, built in the early 20th century, works a great group of people, who will make you feel most welcome. The apartment had everything we needed and was really spacious and clean. The location is perfect, as it is very close to all of the things you'll wish to see, whether it's the landmarks, the city's rich restaurant and bar scene or if you just desire to walk along the river - everything is reachable on foot. I highly recommend City Smart and hope I visit again! :)

Wow! This is too good to be true! It's just perfect place to stay in Nis and we could have stayed lot longer. Rooms are new and bed is one of the best we ever have. Rooms have table to work and there is a patio to hang out. It's very safe and secure. There is fast internet connection everywhere. Perfect place for digital nomads like us. Parking system in the street is little bit complicated but you can buy daily ticket via application or text message and it's not that expensive (370din).

Everything was excellent. The apartment is near city centre (5-10 minute walk), bed was comfortable and the room was warm through the night. All in all 10/10, would recommend and will certainly stay here again when visiting Niš.

The room is pleasant, top heat and lighting, top quality furniture. Great location. Nearby you have a top pizzeria on the quay, from where you have a great view of the river and the fortress. My sincere recommendation. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Small things, not critical actually. Have to wait for water to warm up in the shower for 2-3 mins. Bathroom is really small for 2 people (even for 1 person) and sometimes really bad smell is coming out of tubes from it. The owner is a sweet lady, but she talks incredibly loud in common areas, it can be distracting, if you trying to read or meditate (in your room).

Apart house, quiet and nice. Location is great! Close to center and yet quiet. Comfy bed, good a/c, good shower. Has everything needed for a short stay! Good internet. Comfy lounge area. Sweet kitten. Friendly and supportive host.
