Kitchen area is not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel, in particular the service. Staff were clearly unhappy and unwilling to work. It was hard to get a cup of coffee in the morning, we had to go around looking for someone who can bring us some coffee instead of being offered coffee or tea when we are seated. There was enough staff around but they were standing in far corners chatting instead of making sure that everything is available. Having coffee, fruit juice and water available at all times is a minimum in even 3 star hotels. Of course, an exception was Sanja and maybe one or two others who were super professional and helpful.

Hotel is great, centrally located overlooking ski slopes and right beside the ski lifts, near shops and restaurants. Facilities and amazing as well as the reception and welcome we received. Rooms are spacious and very comfy. A special thanks to Sanja Glisic from the restaurant for all her help and efforts to provide everything we needed.

We are a family of four and despite our early request and that the hotel was almost empty they gave us two rooms in a different floor . Literally it need 5 minutes of walking to reach the other room . The reason given at that time was not convincing to us . Which is no room available when we can see all of these empty rooms. Dinner was not good not recommended to book halfboard breakfast is good

Regarding breakfast, a downside is that the restaurant is very small, so it was often difficult to find free table. The corridor where the food is located was so narrow that it was difficult to take food and navigate through the people. Another bottleneck is the corridor where the ski lockers are located. It is also very narrow, that we always struggled to get the equipment out and put it on us or the kids (which alone is stressful thing to do with small kids, so space and comfort is needed). This corridor is used for many purposes, and it is the main corridor for passing from hotel rooms and reception to the bar or going outside. the lockers should not be there. There is no lobby where guests and children can stay, drink and relax. The only place of that kind was the bar where smoking is allowed; there is no non-smoking area, so it is not good option for non-smokers and children.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of options/selection, taste and healthy food offering. The location is perfect, just in front of the ski slopes, and just few steps from main restaurants and markets. The room was very clean, very spacious with large bathroom and bathtub.

It is highly expensive but totally worth it.

The hotel is within walking distance (even for toddlers) to the activity centre and children's snow park. Our room had great views of the slopes and it was very clean and comfortable. The food is absolutely divine. It is one of the hotels in Serbia which restricts smoking and we are highly thankful for that.

The organisation and the variety of the buffet was very poor. There were no drinks on our disposal during the breakfast. We waited a lot just for a coffee. There was no variety of bread. Often the food was missing. And a strange thing - a dish from the dinner was served next morning on breakfast... The waiters were quite young and eventhough they tried their best, it was obvious that they don't have any experience and that gave bad impression not corresponding to a 5 stars hotel.

Spa, it was cold and a lot of bad smells in the Spa. Open pool is really dysfunctional, you need to go outside while the temperature is 0° to go into the pool and then wet like that to go outside of the pool and to walk inside. Usually outside pools are connected to indoor pool, that way you won't be sick after using the pool

Small breakfast and dinner area, basic food menu-it is not fabulous level… also ski rental- basic, they rent ski equipment looker separately (it is not included in price, like parking garage … SPA working for families with child until 17:00( to short) if you want to ski… it is impossible to use that facilities , like almost everything in that “hotel” …

Specialty a'la carte restaurant Peroko doesn't work again which is a shame because it was really good-food wise. Hope to see it working again. We had unpleasant smell coming from toilet since we checked in. It was intermittent during the day. Upon arrival I reported that glass on big framed picture was broken and it was near to the bed of my colleague. It wasn't changed for duration of our stay of 4 days but someone from service came to check it out at least right away. Breakfast buffet is still a bit lacking for 5 star hotel and for sure the weakest link of this resort. Not so many diversity in taste and textures and juice bar is virtually non existent. I would expect at least freshly squezed orange juice in Viceroy. Almost everything is pre made in advance with pretty much bland taste except food you order to be made and brought to your table (i did egg benedict which were really really good, but you have to ask specifically for them...) Another thing that bothers me is that Ski Lockers are not included in room price (13eur per day). It's not really about the money but the fact that this is mountain hotel where majority of guests will ski or snowboard.

Since my last visit almost everything changed for the better. Rooms are still best on the mountain, with perfect materials and service. Everything was cleaned and checked twice a day. Concierge and welcoming staff including bell boys are really pleasant and professional. They were there for all our needs. Checkin and checkout process is fast and without a glitch. Parking is a bit on the expensive side but overall worth it with valet and heated underground garage. Beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows. In room dining is nice and mini bar is well stocked. We used wellness for two days and massage one time. It was near perfect experience with exception of crowded indoor pool area with not so quiet kids. Outdoor pool was one of best experiences. It was -15C outside and water was super warm. Location of the hotel is unbeatable.
