The water in the shower was not hot at all. It wasn't freezing, but it was far less than room temperature. I would have liked to have at least a slightly warm shower to get ready for my meeting that day. I believe it was an issue with the faucet though as the sink had extremely hot water all the time. Not the worst thing though that can happen to one in hotel for sure, but worth noting.

Very spacious room and very clean. People in other reviews claimed that the rooms facing the street (like the one I stayed in) are noisy due to traffic. This is not the case unless you are in the running for "Worlds Lightest Sleeper" or just like to complain. It certainly didn't bother me and I would consider myself a light sleeper. Also, the room had everything one would want; kettle, refrigerator, and multiple places to sleep and sit. It was like having a suite; awesome. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in Belgrade on business.

The furniture and the bed linen were very a bit worn out.

The location was perfect and private parking (for 10€ per day though) actually were the two things which made it worth there 50€ per night. The guy at the reception was very kind to us.

There was some mold growing in the shower. Otherwise, the property was very clean.

The property was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location because we were able to walk to the Red Star soccer game. The staff was friendly and helpful.

wifi was super unstable and unpredictable, this may be important for those who need to participate in online calls/meetings during the stay.

The fridge was in the bathroom so it was bizzare (we understood that there was no space for it in the kitchen).

The apartment was a good size, the double bed was comfortable, the single beds less so. Balcony was a nice bonus. The staff was real friendly, parking space a bit tight but worked well.

Very worn-out furniture, especially in the bathroom, shower was almost falling apart. Minimal kitchen utensils in the mini-kitchen. No tea or coffee provided. Cosmetic repairs are needed. But the price is affordable.

View from the room overlooks the park, good location, sufficiently spacious room. Friendly staff.

A bit far from the city center. The bed was not comfortable and there was only one thin layer of sheet which slides when you move during the night.

Street noise. Bulevar osvobođenja is a busy street so book a room on the other side if you have troubles sleeping.

A bit oddly furnished. The apartment had no living room and a very tiny kitchen - but functional nevertheless. No breakfast option at the time we stayed.

Good connection to all areas of Belgrade, incl the airport. The villa is just in front of the Bajford's woods - which is a rare spot to run in nature within the Belgrade's city centre. A few good restaurants in the vicinity. Very spacious apartment onlooking the garden. Generous rooms and the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and professional.

There’s strange scheme to switch on/off the light. To switch the light in a room, you have to go to a hall. The facility isn’t new, but clean.

The location is not far away from center. There’s a garage. The staff is really helpful.

The sheets and towels need to be change to new ones.

The staff is excellent as well as the accommodation! The sheets in the room are only with old stains that need to be thrown in the trash and not washed. That is the only negative thing otherwise everything else is perfection especially the location!
