Plumbing makes a funny noise. Also because Zlatibor is under going so much construction GPS had a hard time getting us to the property. The address on the site was way different t than where the hotel actually is so be aware.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Sparkling clean. We barely used the kitchen but if you were staying longer it’s fantastic. Delicious breakfast, one of the best we have ever had.

No reception desk so you need to go to the restaurant and ask around how to check in. But it wasnt very difficult. And the team doesnt speak English so we used Google Translate.

We loved every single detail about this apartment. Everything was new in the apartment. Rooms were good size, the living room was spacious and the vibe of the apartment was very positive. There was wifi for the guests and TV. Netflix, youtube etc were available too. Location was great. Breakfast is in the restaurant below and the food was good. The portions could be bigger but it was good size.

Zlatibor is basically a large construction site, finding a correct way to the hotel was not an easy task, but this is not their fault. We could park on the free parking on the back yard, but during crowded holidays it may be difficult to find a place there, so one will have to park on the paid parking.

We stayed only one night on our way to Montenegro, but this place is worth longer stay! The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, with beautiful view on the lake and city center. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, even though with some linguistic issues, but translator app solved all problems :-) The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was very reach and diverse. The restaurant itself serves extremely good food, so we decided to have a lunch there on our way back to Belgrade.

We had to keep feminine the staff to refill necessities such as toilet rolls, the check in is a bit wired, you need to find your way around the restaurant and get someone to call the house staff to assists. We made a mistake of bribing in some food for the kids from neighboring restaurant which we honestly thought it was part of the facility as it was attached to same building, and we where quickly asked to take the food out as restaurant is gluten free and they fear cross contamination, a bit strange but hey we where wrong as we didn’t ask.

Fantastic location, clean facilities, people are warm and genuine. The service in the apartment was great honestly and very clean, it’s a rare thing to have it as such in b&b, you almost feel that you are in a hotel.

It may get tricky to find this place if you travel by car. It's even trickier to order food delivery via apps like Glovo or Wolt because they can't get the address right. Also, some minor details can be handled better: * The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, but no salt, sugar, pepper, and dishwasher detergent (and that's a problem because they are sold in big packs, so buying these yourself doesn't make sense). * No tea. No free drinking water (there is water in the mini-bar, but it's expensive water in glass bottles). We arrived late in the evening and found it challenging to buy water and tea due to the absence of 24-hour stores nearby. * There are bathrobes for adult guests but no slippers. I usually expect four-star places to have those. * The breakfast menu consists of several types of omelets, but other kinds of food are underrepresented. Not a problem, but you may want to know it in advance. The staff is nice and helpful but mostly speaks only Serbian. If it might be a problem for you - consider using a translator app or bring a friend who speaks the language.

Apartments are spacious, well-furnished, clean, and pleasant. The building is located in the middle of a tourist area with various restaurants, cafes, hotels, small shops, and other places within walking distance. Breakfasts are pretty tasty, and the general food quality in the restaurant is commendable. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, available for free. Guests can potentially access nearby paid parking for free with some negotiation in Serbian.
