Boutique hotel, cozy and clean. Easy excess with a smart key/combination. Management has a very big focus on details, each room has travel kits with tooth brushes. Comfortable bed and pillows. I really liked the quality of shower gel and shampoo. Manager Una introduced herself at the first day of arrival, very personalized way to connect and made sure all guests are happy and comfortable. There’s a very good restaurant downstairs that serves throughout the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All guests get a complimentary drink of your choice. Great location 15 mins to get to old city. Transportation is right outside trolley or buses.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 1927. It is very clean, elegantly refurbished designed and decorated, very comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional and provided a lot of useful information. I recommend dining at the villa's restaurant, which has excellent food. Private parking is a very big plus.

Location was perfect, it was on walkable distance from the main Belgrade landmarks. Staff was helpful and room was absolutely wonderful and clean. Private parking was underground and totally safe. It was pleasure to stay in that hotel, which made our journey to Belgrade absolutely perfect!

The most enjoyable part of this journey with my 5-year-old son and my friend was staying in this beautiful hotel. It was incredibly clean, very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and all the necessary supplies were available. You can reach the city center by walking, but our host Una provided us bus tickets so we could not walk with the child. Una was on the other end of the phone whenever we needed her and answered even our smallest requests meticulously. Also their little treats were much appreciated. Belgrade is a very beautiful city and when I come again I will definitely stay at Villa1927.

Super friendly staff and hotel owner. The room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Great location - 5 minutes to the tram, with many restaurants nearby, including a good restaurant on the ground floor. There's a small shop across the road.

My parents loved their stay there. It was nice and clean, staff was helpful. The AC worked, windows could be opened as well. Room had a teapot and a fridge. We needed an early Check-In and were able to arrange it. No complaints, really. We needed a hotel at this specific area, so the location was perfect for us. And there are multiple bus stops and a train station near the hotel, with buses going to many directions in Belgrade. There are some grocery stores and cafes around. There is also a nice restaurant downstairs, where we spent multiple dinners.
