Some of the rooms have windows facing the nearby hotel, but on that side of the hotel generally there are only couple of corridor windows.

Stayed two nights in a very nice and comfort studio. It is fully equipped: kitchen, dining space, working area, toiletries, towels... Very clean. Easily warmed up, as there are two heating devices. The cleaning service took daily care of the place. The location is excellent: next to hotel Fontana, just few steps from the city center and walking zone, yet very calm. Free parking in front of the accommodation.

Not a dislike but just a suggestion: if you need to use WiFi while you stay, make sure you have two different frequency devices. Mu phone for example never got the Wi-Fi reception. Luckily my laptop managed to connect and I managed to complete what I needed. Obviously WiFi is provided but it appears to be a very narrow bandwidth and if more people are using it, you may be in trouble if you really need it. Would loved a more frequent bedding change. But I did not ask, I am sure it would have been provided if I did but I was curious to see what the default is. It looks like bar stools in rooms/apartments are in fashion in Serbia, but I do not see the point and it downgrades the comfort of the room in my view....unless you want to have a party in your room. Still, I made my stay perfect as I rearranged the room to suit my long relaxing stay :)

Location is perfect. The Villa also offers nice value combinations with services of nearby hotels. View to surrounding nature. Staff was extremely willing to help and nice. Management professional yet approachable. Bathroom very nice layout and comfortable. See the view from my bed on the photos below and imagine birds singing on the top of it.

There are no parking spots for every apartment. You have place to park your car but you don't have your own parking spot.

The bar/table in the kitchen area and other flat surfaces were sticky to the touch [everything else was fine], probably from the cleaning agent they use [I hope]. We were not informed about or given any vouchers for nearby spas and we were too tired to remember to ask [we went to Hotel Fontana next door the next morning for breakfast and when asked for a voucher and being told we didn't have one, the waitress was surprised as she told us they have agreements with many hotels/apartments for them. Also, there were some other guests that night with what sounded like many children, let loose to play loudly and scream on the echoey stairway, for several hours [we could hear all the noise through our closed doors], and no one did anything about it.

The location of Apartments Villa Splendor is great, at the very centre of Vrnjacka Banja, a minute's walk from the main street. We only stayed one night, the room was clean enough in general, and the bed was comfortable. We only saw the staff during check-in and check-out.
