i personally like to have a fridge in the room. I know environmentally its not good to have them running all the time but at least the option would have been nice that i coudl turn on if i needed it. I would have given 10/10 if it wasn't for this

The location was great with lots of options in the evening. Very centrally located. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast too.

Our experience was pleasant, with a few minor hiccups. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, and check-in was quick and efficient. However, during our stay, there was a power blackout that lasted almost 2 hours, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did not provide candles and flashlights, and they also didnt have generators thus it was a frustrating experience. Another issue we encountered was the small size of the toilet seat, which made using the restroom uncomfortable despite the fact that the toilet room was big Aside from these issues, everything else at the hotel was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were ok. They also helped us providing parking lot infront of the hotel and moved our car to a parking area across the hotel when there was empty parking lot for free Nonetheless, I would consider staying at the hotel again in the future, as the overall experience was still positive.

No elevator. A small refrigirator or minibar shoud be added in the room (there is a suitable place ready for it). Annoying noise coming from a moter in a nearby building. Limited variety at breakfast.

Nice hotel at the center of Krucevac. Large, comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Very good bathroom. Fresh fruits and bottle of water offered on arrival. Helpful staff. We would stay again.

The lady at The reception was so nice and helpful and gave great customer service with a smile . The ladies who were cleaning the room were so nice . The lady who served us breakfast was amazing with customer service , she wanted to pour more juice and they waited for us to get up and didn’t put breakfast away even though it was already past 10 am. I would Definitely stay here again and recommend it as it’s so clean and central .

Bathroom very small and narrow, sink unusually small and flat. Even though the room was very nice and big it appeared overpriced (110 Euros per night - without breakfast - exceeds by far the prices of equally comfortable hotels in other cities of Serbia).

The room was very spacious, comfortable and well furnished with wooden furniture. It also had a balcony. Modern bathroom. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was for Balkan standards excellent, offering among the usual things even full grain bread and very tasty pepper salami, a variety of fruits, musli, joghurt and very good coffee. Excellent location in the city center. Lots of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

Not like in the photos. Horrible sound isolation, especially on the top floor where it's the tin roof. Staff trying to accommodate but actually pestering. I was clearly upset, we had a death in a family, and she just would not leave us alone to have at least breakfast at peace.

If you like to stay in the center of the small town, surrounded by coffee places and bad restaurants, than the location. Otherwise avoid.
