You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaDoručak bi trebalo bolje organizirati u smislu da ima više prostora za prilaz švedskom stolu, sve je zbijeno na jedan manji stol i time otežava posluživanje ali i stvara dodatne gužve oko stola, obzirom i da su stolovi i stolice za sjedenje u restoranu jako blizu postavljene švedskom stolu.
Hotel je jako lijep, osoblje ljubazno. Pogled iz sobe prelijep.

SwitzerlandToilet roll holder was opposite the toilet so had to reach forward about 1m. Would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities given the price. Otherwise a nice overnight stay.
Beautifully decorated reception area. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ok. Private parking area was very convenient (in between the hotel and etno restaurant Gaziya, the gate is opened by an attendant).

BulgariaBit disappointed at breakfast as I ordered a coffee that did not arrive and when I went looking for staff I could not find any. Yes, a large party had just left, but this is no excuse to be forgotten. The door handle was loose, and it was difficult to get in the room at times.
The security of our motorcycles was good, with the security guard keeping an eye on them. He was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small but comfortable.

GermanyOur room was really tiny, the bed took all the place and there were no place for luggage and clothes, although we use to travel very light with small backpacks. But if you just stay a night or two, it won’t probably be a huge issue.
As socialist architecture enthusiasts, we travelled to Novi Pazar exclusively to overnight at the Vrbak. The place didn’t let us down at all. Interiors are as crazy as exteriors: the hall is a silent, ginormous, majestic greenhouse with tons of plants hanging from the balconies, a huge fountain in the middle, and soft lighting all around. Staff is very kind and professional and also allowed us to take tons of photos around. Buffet breakfast is good, varied, and rich. Free private parking, fast WiFi.
