Located at the cite center, 50 meters away from the main pedestrian street and 200 meters from the Cathedral, it is a comfortable, clean city hotel; the staff is helpful and friendly. They offer free parking places upon request. They make up rooms daily, which is excellent. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and the bathroom is fine. The breakfast is not rich, but it is ok, comprising local products. A place I will definitely consider to stay in whenever I visit again.

The hotel and furniture is a bit old and worn out, however, it is clean! The double beds are queen and not king size.

The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold: it seems impossible to set the temperature in the shower to the proper level. We were travelling with bikes, and the place to store them was inconvenient, with stairs leading up to it, and the bikes being left basically in the hotel's hallway.

The location is great, right in the center of Novi Sad, close to restaurants and cultural landmarks. The room is large enough, and everything is clean.

The room was very small, without a window. The main wall to the room was glazed, the inside of the room could be seen from the common corridor. The room was lit from the main corridor all night.

The breakfast was terrible. Practically the cheapest pre-packaged food from the supermarket. Juice is sugar water with color. The breakfast was not reloaded when more people arrived, so others didn't have much left. The bathroom door was not closing, but not because it was broken but because the narrow space did not accommodate. It was uncomfortable to use the toilet. The entrance and the surrounding area would benefit from beautification and update, but that's minor. The noises coming from the bar nearby will not allow you to fall asleep at a decent hour, too loud. Finally, I am not sure the price is right. I assume they'd justify it with the location but I'd definitely say for Novi Sad this is on a more expensive side.

It was a nice place to stay for us, during our long roadtrip. The location was amazing, easy access to the city center surrounded by nice sightseeing opportunities. Everyone was kind, room was comfortable, would definitely choose again.

The heating was on maximum without possibility to turn it off ( not so bad ) but again, the outside temperature was fine :)

The breakfast was very weak and not good food, it should be done better. And the beds in the rooms , no height , and not comfortable. These two things needs to be renewed.

As it is a small town, this is the best place you can stay, and staff is helpful, and location is perfect and comfort is good.
