Some things could be improved. Although the pool was excellent, the spa center was equipped with only one small sauna. Similar hotels in Vrnjacka Banja have better spa centers, in my opinion. Also, if you are bringing your pet, the one night for your little dog is 25 euros! You also cannot find that information in the official pricing list of the hotel, so this should be more transparent.

The hotel is equipped with Zepter ionisers and air purifiers. Although I never thought that these gadgets actually do anything, you could feel the difference immediately. We really felt relaxed and comfortable from the very second we entered the room. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was cosy and in general, everything else was perfect. The breakfast was also excellent!

It is a pet friendly hotel that charges extra if you bring a pet. For 25 euros (which is the charge for a pet) you get nothing. Not even a bowl for dogs water. Crazy,

Vacuum cleaning hasn't happened at all during 4 days and it was needed. Reconstruction works were happening around the hotel but also in the hotel on Saturday during resting hours, around 3pm. A bit small room. Can you paint a ceiling of the pool into some light colour? :) It is a bit too dark, plus the height is not big so it feels a bit claustrophobic.

Nicely renovated, everything new, big spaces, great access to promenade, great restaurant and breakfast.

The smell of kitchen everywhere. Even in the underground parking and inside elevators. The odor of an old hotel everywhere. The room was to small for such a large bed. Nothing critical, but keep this in mind. Also, they build now a new wing aside, so it was a little noisy in the morning from the construction site. It was almost finished so perhaps there will be no more of construction noise.

Best location, a little afar from all the main promenade noise. There is a swimming pool and a sauna in the hotel. Breakfast is good. Cleaning everyday, and personnel is generally professional and willing to help and they were very nice to us. There is a parking in front of the hotel, and one underground, which is not directly connected with the hotel, so you will have to walk a little bit. Everything is at walking distance.

The hotel misses charme, the hall and the breakfast room are just not good looking, but breakfast is fine, many options available.

The hotel is fine, clean, well equipped, with a SPA free of charge of hotel guests. It has a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. Massages are also provided for an extra cost.

I got a room at the very end of a looooong hall and there was no wifi signal whatsoever in the room. Everywhere else it worked fine.

Breakfast was good, and a-la-carte dinner in the restaurant was also pretty good. Pool is large. Gym is EXCELLENT, plenty of machines and weights. Hotel is located very close to the center. Wifi was good almost everywhere.

Elevator is small, no smoking on the balcony in the room

Breakfast could be improved. No bakon, no croissants, no pancakes, fruit part is weak, only 2 types of bread, white and white again ;)

View was of car park (my fault as I could have paid extra for garden view) and much of the un-renovated part of the hotel was rather dated. Breakfast buffet was not great (terrible coffee) and in same sterile restaurant which seemed more of a function room. Not their fault but the public gardens were heaving with school groups which somewhat detracted from the peaceful nature.

Great location in centre of spa town with direct access to the gardens and other facilities. Lovely restaurant outside, although internal part was a bit sterile.
