Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaDuring the weekend you could hear very loud music from some club nearby. Not the hotels fault, but better of getting the even rooms that are looking to the back of the hotel and not the main street.
The hotel is very children/baby friendly. You have the option of ordering baby food at any time for free. The hotel has a childrens playroom with professional staff watching them. The breakfast was excellent, lots of food to choose from, and not the same every morning. Loved the pool and spa, after 6 pm adults only which is great since you can leave kids older than 3 years old at the playroom and have a relaxing evening. Great value for money overall.

SerbiaNot available free parking place at the property neither near the property, so you are forced to pay high parking charge at the hotel. A little bit of renewal of room furniture can be considered.
The room was spacious and light. Breakfast buffet highly recommended and has a plenty of food choice.

As someone who stayed in 20 different accommodations (Zlatibor area only)- I need to say that- *Mona* is absolutely number 1( quality vs price)Long hospitality tradition that every guest can feel. Quick response in every guest need made our stay with 2 kids under 4 very pleasant. Great spa, perfect location and excellent playroom for kids.
