It’s a pretty modern hotel, all facilities are spotless and the staff are really friendly. The spa center is spacious and great for relaxation. Food and restaurants are great as well.

I did not like that on check in, no one told us that the parking is paid 600 dinars per day, but on check out they were like: "Oh, the parking is paid, they did not tell you?" -- Like you checked me in, you should have told me :) The 600 dinars per day is not that much of a money but when I specifically asked on check in for the parking process, I did not like at all that they left the payment out until it was time to pay.

The breakfast was great, the location is perfect and the hotel has the best SPA that I've ever been to.

Spa zone could be better -- no hammam, too hot heated loungers, cold water in pools. We booked two rooms, one missed kettle & tea.

It was all great, the only small item I would point out is the signs around hotel, they can be a bit confusing to reach out to the right elevator, restaurant, SPA etc. :)

The hotel is quite large, and it feels a bit like a maze. It can be challenging and time-consuming to find your way around. Additionally, the main entrance to the spa center is located near the elevators in the apartment building section of the hotel (it seems there is a separate guest room building and an apartment building). Parking comes with a fee of 10 euros per day. Issues: On the second night, we decided to have the buffet dinner at the hotel, which cost around 25 euros per person. Unfortunately, the food was terrible - the grilled meat was cold and the overall quality was far below the standard expected from a five-star hotel. In fact, both my partner and I suffered from severe possible food poisoning the following morning, which lasted the entire day.

The spa center at this hotel is fantastic, especially with its extensive sauna options and a wide range of massage choices. The rooms were also excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner which were both buffet. There is a lot of variety to choose from, especially a selection of domestic specialties such as fish, pork, and cheese. The rooms are very comfortable. We had the Superior room that was set up for kids as we requested. The view was excellent, right on the main square. The bathroom is superb, having both a bathtub and a shower. The SPA was great, had 3 pools, and was very clean. Also, there is a playground for kids inside a hotel that has great staff and all sorts of toys for kids including obstacle playground that is very safe and soft.

No Free Parking: One minor inconvenience is the lack of complimentary parking - a detail future guests should note. The check-in time, set as late as 3pm, in conjunction with a relatively early checkout time of 10am, could be reconsidered to better accommodate guests' schedules and maximize their time spent enjoying the hotel's amenities. Noise from Children's Pool: While the spa is indeed a treat, the children's pool lacks a sound barrier, making it a bit noisy. This could be easily remedied by bringing along noise-cancelling headphones for a more serene experience. Breakfast Options: The hotel could improve its breakfast menu by including more vegan-friendly options. Although the food was generally good, a wider variety of plant-based offerings would cater better to vegan guests and those looking for healthier alternatives.
