You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaThe wifi in the restaurant didn't work and there was no mobile network. In the room it was okay though it did break at times.
Everything was excellent, great facilities, clean room, polite and accomodating staff, good restaurant for dinner, great location and when I asked for 1 hour extension they agreed without any hassle. I would recommend it 100%.

United KingdomI felt the breakfast was not as exquisite as my previous visit. My room was not as good as the previous time and a towel left on the floor was returned to the rack. There appeared to be a big conference on, and maybe this had some effect on the room choice and service.
This was my second visit, and the convenience to the city centre and the grandeur of the hotel building were still an major factor in my choice of hotel. Well packed souvenir stall with some attractive Bashkir/Ufa products available. Friendly and helpful reservation staff as usual on the front desk.
