I’m a very good sleeper, but there is a bar nearby which is very loud. you can hear it with closed windows. it might annoy some guests.

great location. reasonable prize/value. good choice as a visiting tourist for couple of days

no bath tub, no regulation of the temperature, too hot and no way to regulate it - only windows. lights was not even- one side lamp was softer yellow light, other side same lamp is cold and brighter 🤷🏼‍♀️ doesn’t make any sense and bot pleasant . and the set up what switches on where is not smart. in bathroom only one too bright light, no way to choose softer option if using at night and your partner sleeping, or use no light or other person will wake from bright light in there eyes. ones forget towels, other time left ( forgot) cleaning supplies on top of our vanities… other day didn’t refill tea. so there were moments of uncomfort unfortunately . oh yeah and the bed was shaking. i would think twice to have intimacy with partner there or not- it making loud sounds and shaking even when you slightly move on it ( by move i mean something more than regular seat or turn). so it definitely makes it extremely uncomfortable.

I liked the convenient central location of the hotel, super friendly and super helpful staff, that is very accommodative. They suggested amazing private guide to us who made our trip memorable and worth while. We also liked breakfast room that looks like a sun room. Too bad it was chilly to enjoy their outdoor breakfast terrace. Rooms are very clean, with nice beds, bunch of lighting to choose from and nice showers. Our room was overlooking to Petropavlovskiy Sobor. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when back in Kazan

One important observation: at breakfast and most of the time, guests do not follow the regulations to use face protection and it makes it uncomfortable to serve breakfast as people are unprotected and sometimes sneeze on top of the exposed food at the buffet.

We travelled for 4 days with 2, children and took 2 interconnected rooms. The rooms are very modern clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and always available. Restaurant is stylish with good cocktail selection. Breakfast at the hotel is good, but not excellent for the level of the hotel.

In was November and if was too hot in the room. Air conditioning did not help to improve the situation. Opening the window was not an option as well, there was no airing for window. Moreover, there is a bar in front of the window so it’s either too loud and cold or too hot. Minibar expenses were calculated with errors that we had to explain at the reception, whiskey was accidentally added to the expenses. Curtains were broken since the very beginning of our trip and we had to ask to fix them at reception. They fixed them the same day.

It was very clean with polite stuff. High quality service. Kedr Restaurant was also a nice choice for dining. It is a bit more expensive than other alternatives but still worth the price. Room dining service is very good.

Price 15000 rubles per night is 3 times their normal price and equals to 5 star luxury hotel. Altogether stay was horribly bad, due too hot rooms. Overheated all places. Aircon did not manage to cool down room and windows don’t open. We could not sleep well at all. First they gave us 2. Floor room, where window opposite another building, no daylight. This is the same for most part of this side rooms 2-5 floors. I will never again stay in this hotel. Huge disappointment. Shame on you hotel management for charging such rate for so poor hotel.

Only good thing with Double Tree Kazan was location.
