1) Some of the members of the staff working in the business lounge (serving food there) do not communicate nicely. Some of them are not friendly (some others are very nice though). There should be some inspection of the personnel. 2) The wine (especially, the red wine) served in the business lounge 17:00-20:00 is too cheap and not very tasty. They could have chosen better options for the price. 3) The gym is too small, some important equipment is missing there (for example, there is no 'butterfly' training apparatus - the one used for the chest). 4) The price for laundry is too high.

1) I liked the room, where I lived, and 2)the business lounge. Very high quality. 2) The hotel is overall very clean, the staff in the reception more or less helps with all the issues which arise (4/5). 3) The food served in the business lounge is very good! The time windows for breakfast and 'cocktail' are excellent. The champagne (brut) in the morning is also awesome, I was very happy to have that.

Swimming pool which is included to the price did not work for whole our stay. I got not what I bought. I asked how it happen and what they can do, answer - we will think about it and that is it. I bought room for two people why water, bathrobe and slippers for one person? Why I need to ask for it on reception? Why you asking to make additional steps if you know that two people will stay in the room? Safe place was looked by previous guest, so I was not able to use it.

The lounge promised a cocktail hour but although there were plenty of soft drinks the variety of alcoholic drinks on offer consisted of beer (maybe), some 3 day opened wine and a little economy whisky and vodka. The staff were extremely obliging but I would have expected a better stocked fridge.

We went to pamper ourselves and paid for the executive package. This included the use of the lounge and the spa/pool and a slightly upgraded room. The hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, lounge, etc.) and staff were excellent, as you would expect from this class of hotel. The breakfast was lavish. Location was convenient but quiet and about 10min walk from the central museums and squares. A fair number of other restaurants and bars nearby at a variety of prices.

Windows are not opening. Very dry air in the rooms. I booked the room for 2 nights. As I'm on business trip it's important for me to sleep well, though in this hotel it's not possible. Won't stay there again. The room was on the 7th floor. Very noisy in the corridor. At the day of arrival I went to sleep and was waken up by staff knocking at my door very persistently after 00-00. Then the door opened, somebody got in and then ran out bumping the door. Knocking continued till I opened. There was a staff girl outside with the bath robes (which I already had plenty in the room). She was very unpolite and unhappy with me that I didn't want the robe. After that I put a don't disturb sign at my door and left it there for the whole day as I didn't want anyone cleaning the room. When I came back in the evening, I discovered a card at the door saying that the hotel has the right to check the condition of the rooms, so if I don't let the staff in they will escalate it to the management. I went to the reception with this card and told about the night incident. The employee promised some bonus for that and I never got it. Also I asked not to disturb me till I leave and he offered me room cleaning instead. Will definitely never stay there again.

Breakfast at the property is always good. Good location.

Firstly, I expect the toilet bowl to be clean for these money and hotel's name. Had no time to claim that at the checkin cause arrived at 4 am and had to get enough sleep. However at the checkout the personnel at the hotel desk showed no interest to me pointing that out. Secondly, the payment has been arranged on behalf of the company and the booking.com system informed us that we would be able to get the so-called closing documents at the hotel. However the hotel refused to provide me with those explaining that we had to pay directly to the hotel (we paid to the booking.com). In overall this is too much inconvenience for keeping this hotel in mind for our next visits.
