great suite size, and i had a kitchen and a large bathroom. good food up in the restaurant, nice coffee shop at entry. the most helpful and understanding staff from front desk to security and waitstaff! Awesome Botanical Gardens and Fast Pelmeni Joint are cool stops too. Many swag places in walking distance but not too close to center or Red Square.

One dark spot is the light switch in the WC room: black on black panel and... on the level of knees.... below the sink! This is a bit too artistic to find it, although my guest found such a switch is funny (they say "prikol'no"). Suggestion: put an auto reflecting self-glued sticker on top of the switch. Cheap and simple solution.

I stayed for 4 nights in an Artist room on the 6th floor. Perhaps, one of the best rooms I stayed in for the last many years (I traveled a lot before COVID19). All details of the room were well thoughts and done. Huge space, fantastic full wall large windows, sound proof. Clean and clean, of Swiss/German level.

I don’t have a complaint in general, but if I would like to mention how they can improve a bit more, I like to say that I had a little bit of trouble with toilet flush and sometimes the phone wasn’t working. That’s all!

Cheap furniture materials. Feeling lit bit strange that this is must be a special designer’s interior, but the quality of it is very cheap and you feeling frustrated. In the gamma of colors used in this interior i don’t feeling harmony.

Love the fun minimalist interior Best thing about the place is that it's attached to the botanical gardens and you get free acess to the gardens for as long as you stay. Everytime we entered or exited the hotel we did that through the backdoor that takes you directly to the gardens, so it was always lovely to talk to and out of the hotel. My mom especially loved this aspect about it since she's into greenery and nature more than cities. The staff are the hotel and the most welcoming and helpful, they showed me how to order transportation in the city and how to navigate. By walking for few minutes from the hotel you can find tens of restaurants and shops. This made out first day easy, we had dinner, got Sim cards and some essentials easily. Staying here was one of my highlights of my trip to Moscow!

Rooms are large, bed is comfortable and very clean. Excellent room service with the restaurant being open 24/7 with a good selection of food and drinks. Room service available at any time. The view on the botanical garden makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast is no longer a boufet, they changed it to menu list you can pick from. To be honest, half of what was listed wasn't being served, limiting your options. So if you have a 5+ day stay, it's getting annoyingly repetitive. You would expect much more at this price range in Moscow. One receptionist confirmed our day-in-advance request for a late check-out, the next day they claimed it didn't happen so we had to check-out at midday. Unprofessional.

Notably clean suits. Location is great - botanic harder nearby, far from the main road so traffic noise is no problem. Restaurant on the ground floor is amazing.
