Central heating system do not provide sustainable heating of the room and runs only central chilling-heating systems. I did not find any radiator at all.

Room and fitments are not worn, cozy and looks pretty good. Interiors are of contemporary design. Stuff are very helpful and engaged to ensure you comfortable stay. Dish choice on breakfast was pretty enough.

The location, but that's hard to change. Placement of the reception on the second floor is curious, and definitely downgrades the hotel ratings, but not the guest experience!

The facilities are new, and that's the biggest positive. What that means is that you'll most likely get what you see on those nice marketing photos. In some hotels furniture and equipment will deteriorate over time, but obviously not the photos on the website. In this case, you do get what's advertized. The breakfast was nice - not top-notch, but definitely high quality.

The lifts were difficult to get, out of 3 the 2 were never operational

It is a clean hotel located in one of relatively central areas of Moscow. The staff are always helpful, breakfast could do with a bit more variety but for the price it is ok.

The weather got colder but it took two days for the hotel to heat the rooms so they were quite chilly during that time.

I liked the location, the comfortable bed, the gym in the hotel also the breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful. The hotel overall is nice and clean.

We were traveling with our 2 y.o. son and had informed the hotel staff in advance that we’d appreciate early check-in. They answered that normally that option was not free and to guarantee a room for early check-in we needed to pay 50% from standard room rate. However they put it clear that in case there would be available rooms they would have let us use one. In reality when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that the only option to get the room was to pay for it (which means that they did have available rooms:((( nonetheless we were with our little son and we needed a room just for a short time (like 30-40 minutes) to change after train and get ready for the day.

The property is perfectly located - in walk distance from several metro stations which makes it comfortable to move around the city. We were impressed by the breakfast options - every dish is fresh and delicious. We’ve been missing those buffet kind of breakfasts for a while. The room is stylish and perfectly equipped - the iron and Smeg appliances are nice and handy.

1. Quite a small room 2. No table and no place to sit with a computer (the chair and a tiny desk is a part of TV system and the desk is so tiny that only a cup fits there, so you could not sit there and the chair is useless) 3. Several Flies in the room 4. Shower part has common floor with other bathroom parts, so when you shower — water goes all over the toilet etc 5. Staff is poorly trained, not suitable for 4 or even 3 star rating, huge disappointment 6. The hotel’s reception is located on the 2nd floor, so you should go up through tiny black stairs to enter the hire. 7. Hotel has a number of floors and 2 elevators. One elevator is constantly broken so you should be ready to wait a while to get downstairs // upstairs 8. No bathrobe in the room
