Some facilities are obsolete including in spa The oriental rest is poor value for money. The service is totally lacking - silverware was not served, napkins missing, we had to wait very long for an attendant to take our order and had to call them several times. The quality of ceaser salad was terrible. Prices are comparable and higher than in the top restaurants in the Moscow city center - we were charged rub 1800 each for using sauna while it was clearly stated at the time of our booking that spa was included. In all 5-star hotels this is a default package included in the room price. - we had to call several times and then i had to physically walk to the reception to get an extra bed (at the time of booking it was explicitly requested and confirmed).

Very few of the staff could speak English. None of the menus were in English The hotel was ok but nothing special and the price was extortionate considering that all services were at additional cost also including the arcade games for the 5 year old we had We booked to have a room with a bed for a 5 year old and this was not fulfilled When I asked for one I got a dog bed which meant the 5 year old had to share the bed with us Our balcony was covered in rubble from the workman who was banging away working on the balcony next door whilst me and my wife were trying to relax in our room that we paid £500 for two nights in The whole venue was a total rip off

The last day of our stay, we moved from the apartments that the hotel offers to a room because there was no availability for Saturday night, we were hoping to recover some sleep (as the beds were uncomfortable and there was an inflatable castle with a very noisy air pump in front of the apartment) but we had it much worse. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, it was a very hot day (30 degrees) and even after hours of keeping it at 15 degrees the room was still hot, in the evening we gave up and opened the windows. Of course, before giving up on it, we called the reception and they sent someone but nothing was resolved. Some guests decided to have a "party" late evening / middle of the night and because we had to keep the windows opened both me and my wife were not able to sleep, the "party" kept going on till 2am. We started to call the reception around midnight, we don't know if the music stopped because the party ended or because the hotel did something. In the morning, music again around 6.00am, although this time lasted only 20 minutes. Anyway, we didn't enjoy the quiet for much longer because at around 8.30am the staff in the hotel started to cut the grass under (or nearby) the guests rooms making so much noise that I gave up on trying to sleep even if I had slept in total about 5 hours and an half with a break in the middle. When the technician came to "fix" the air conditioner, I had the chance to notice a fair amount of dust coming down from the grid he removed so after he left I started to check and I was ABSOLUTELY SHOKED to find a very thick layer of dust on the TV (both on the sides and on the top) and on the top part of some furniture (attached the pictures I took of the TV). The beds and the pillows were really uncomfortable, I left my bed in the morning with a terrible pain in the neck.

If it wouldn't be for the beautiful location I would have given a 1 point rating to my stay in this hotel.

On soil restaurants' food quality absolutely does not match their price tags and there are no other options to eat out close by.

Good location, spacious and quite rooms, nice territory.
