- Pool is not included in the price and is quite costly - Rooms with open windows at night are noisy due to the trucks on the parking that windows face - TV had issues and couldn’t connect to internet, service guy didn’t manage to fix it

The staff doesn’t speak much English. But they went out of their way to use a translation app to help us. We didn’t have much inconvenience at all.

The design was a little too much for me. Breakfast was good but didn't include any vegan milk options. The shower head was broken.

I liked the hotel. It's located very close to Domodedovo airport. The room was very clean. I didn't like the design but the room was clean and comfortable. The price included a good breakfast and airport transfer which was great value for money. I would definitely stay there again if I have to fly from Domodedovo.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, good location to get to Domodedowo airport, free shuttle bus, very nice breakfast, they have little playground for kids (if you traveling with kids)

The maintenance staff could pay a bit better attention to some things. The sink faucet in my room needed attention.

Hidden gem near to domodedovo airport. Very clean, neat and cozy place. Polite personnel. They provide transfer to and from airport. Rooms are very cute and clean. They provide bath robes, slippers. Reasonable price. Nice restaurant with great menu options. Definitely recommend!

Location is bad. Even though they say a convenience store is on site. This is false. No store, closest one is a 20 minutes walk. Well over priced and the restaurant is outrageous. Staff does not speak English as advertised. When taking a shower the bathroom floor turns into a wadeing pool. I would not recommend staying here for more than one night.. very noisy it is surrounded by a trucking warehouse. You hear trucks and forklifts 24 hours a day.

Location to airport is good and free shuttle bus.

i feel like a bunch of stuff was not up to par for a 4-star hotel: - faucet rusted semi-shut, was difficult to open/close - big shower head not working properly - safe was tiny, not big enough for a laptop - TV airplay/chromecast wasn't working (even though the feature was there) major complaint: the room was not soundproof as noted. yes, i couldn't hear the highway, but on both nights had neighbors whose TV & music I could hear very well and who were up until midnight or later. if i didn't go to bed late myself, i would've had a hard time falling asleep. oh, and did I mention the fact that the hotel had a legit club going on down in the restaurant until like 11pm? the music was so loud you could easily hear it coming from the stairwell all the way on the 3rd floor and through the walls into my room. what kind of airport hotel plays insanely loud music late at night when people have early flights to catch? in terms of location, it's good if you're coming here just to sleep before the flight. otherwise, there's nothing around, it's too far from the city for most food deliveries, taxies are not very common (expect long waits), and it takes a long time to get to the city centre (~50-90min, depending on traffic).

loved the shampoo & shower gel - probably one of my favorites out of all the hotels i've stayed at free shuttle to/from hotel they provided me with a breakfast at 3am because i had an early flight very clean bottled water, kettle, and tea normal-hours breakfast buffet had good variety
