The breakfast was not impressive for that price. Also the food from the restaurant was not as good as the rest the hotel offered.

The only thing I didn’t like about my room is a weird smell from the bathroom, so I had to make sure my bathroom door always closed. I think it might be some clogging in the pipe.

Location is amazing, you are right in the city center! Everything you need is in the walking distance. I requested a higher floor and the hotel stuff were very accommodating.

Poor soundproofing between rooms and especially too noisy even with closed windows because of the Arbat street (but the location worth it).

There is nothing to dislike, probably should make easy controller for the AC but its not a big dear for guests a smart access system will be very useful in the elevator so you don't have to take the card out of your pockets.

location is perfect which is exactly in the best area in town, the room is bigger than many other hotels for the same price. the room is very clean and decent. no bad smells and the staff speak many languages

Only one problem is the elevator, since the hotel building is shared with residential apartments, it can be sometimes a problem since there is a limited amount of elevators and they are not the fastest ones. When we stayed, 2 of them were out of order so it made it harder to catch one, as the other elevators were opening already full and we had to wait a while to catch an empty one. Besides this, everything was great with our stay.

The location is really good, near to the Subway, behind there the Old Arbat where you can find restaurants and bars, and not a long walk away from the Red Square. Really modern design from the interiors of the hotel, the rooms have all the essentials, clean and comfortable. The bar located on the lobby is really cozy with a fireplace and different activities around with great selection of food and drinks. The place is a great value for the location and the service provided.

The only observation is car parking specially when you order a Taxi where there is no free access directly to the entrance of the hotel. The Taxi has to pay some fees in order to access the parking in front of the hotel entrance. Otherwise you may order a taxi and wait on the main Street which is a little bit risky and some Taxi Drivers don’t agree to stop directly aside the busy street.

It is my second time staying in this hotel. The main purpose of choosing Pentahotel is its perfect location in the center of the well known Novi Arbat street. Staff are kind and helpful.

Not much....

The staff were amazing. I somehow lost my immigration card between the airport and the hotel. The staff helped me resolve this matter which took hours over a number of dsys of visiting police and government offices. Ilya P in particular went way above and beyond to help me out and was an absolute gentleman to deal with. I can't praise the staff of penta hotel enough. They are what makes penta special relative to all the other hotels in Moscow (most of which I have stayed at). Besides the staff the food was great. We had multiple meals at the bar. All were really good. The atmosphere in the bar was consistently nice.
