Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomShame the pool doesn't open until 9am, as it would be nice to swim before breakfast. Food is very "healthy", so it's kind of unusual. Some pancakes for breakfast would be nice 😊 Food in the restaurant is also kind of expensive and not that great. But it's a lovely view and service is very good. In terms of the rooms, only a few minor issues - mattress too hard for my liking, room a little too warm (no air conditioning, just a built in system that doesn't really cool) and there is very little space to dry or hang things in the bathroom.
Fantastic location with absolutely incredible views of the mountains. The sunsets were amazing! Swimming pool really nice, it's wonderful to swim out in the mountains! Shuttle to the ski lift is useful too.

United KingdomBreakfast was OK. They do not sell or serve any kind of fizzy drinks as the hotel is meant to be healthy, but yet the eggs are cooked in an ocean of oil.
Fab hotel at the second level of the ski resort, located 10 minutes walk from the ski lift. Near the ski lift you can also find a grocery store, a coffee shop, a few places to eat and a pharmacy if you need to pick up something. Transfer to the beach in Adler (with towels and sun beds), Olympia ski lift pass and group exercise classes are all included in the price. Both outdoor pool and spa facilities are great! Pool has a fantastic view on the mountains and is very relaxing. Hotel also does a lot of activities everyone can join for free - e.g. group exercise classes, hiking, movie nights, etc.
