Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RussiaI would prefer to have some kind of non-caffeinated teas or herbal teas at the room, otherwise great selection and easy to ask for more if you need it. I would like to have more quality bread options for breakfast (some kind of non-sweet options, not only toast simple bread).
Perfect location, helpful staff, amazing beds, great breakfast selection with veggies, fruits and healthy toppings for your yogurt. Delicious fresh-squeezed orange and grapefruit juices. We prefer to stay here in Saint-P.

BelarusTaking into account, that hotel marked as 5-stars, there are list of issues to such testing and price: - Main hotel doors are not automatic and they are quite heavy - No AirPlay on TV (as far as I remember, Radisson Sonya hotel had such option) - Weak indoor soundproof, we heard all “activities” of our neighbors both on the same and from higher floor. We saw that staff tried to help us, but it mostly was proposed only option with inner yard view, however our main idea of booking those hotel was getting good interior in interesting location with cool city view.

Qatar" breakfast" I asked for coffee the staff told me you can take it from the coffee machine at the corner. It is very strang that they don't bring coffee at the table where there are many 3 or 4 stars hotels are bringing coffee to the table.

United Arab EmiratesHotel location is excellent, right in the center and it’s within walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff are super helpful and very kind without exception. Any room delivery was done the same moment without delays. Very attentive, thank you ! Special thanks to Aleksandr who normally has night shift as he provided a very comfortable and quick early check in although we didn’t inform earlier due to sudden change in our flight timing. Money wise it’s very reasonable especially considering that it’s a 5 stars hotel with international standard. We chose city view room and it was comfortable with good view. Breakfast, we only took 2 days and honestly, I would recommend to eat outside for better variety of dishes. Overall, me and my mum are very happy for choosing Radisson Royale and for every visit to SP, we decided to stay here!

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location is superb, near a bunch of bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked Nevsky prospekt but was quiet nevertheless. Some bathroom amenities were a bit unprofessionally renovated (loose water isolation etc) but clean nevertheless.

The building has a fantastic old time charm with Art Deco style interior. Location is perfect for walking to everything. Everything was perfect!
