Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesWe loved our time at the Aber Hotel in Bani Amr! We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was large, clean, and modern with all the amenities we needed. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a kebab/grill and Indian restaurant below the hotel where we got outstanding take-away dinners. The front desk staff gave us excellent recommendations for local places. In Sabt Al Alayah - for a family restaurant (Cherry Lebanon) and a very nice gym with pool (Fitness Origin). We hiked the peak behind the hotel. We went to several heritage sites and a farm. We hope to go back to the Aber Bani Amr next year. Saudi hospitality is unmatched!

Saudi Arabia1. They provide things for one person only although I was with my wife during our stay, such as one pair of slippers, limited tea and coffee bags, one prayer mat, etc. 2. They don't change the tea and coffee mugs; they provide two mugs and they don't change them regardless of how long you stay in the hotel. 3. They don't provide face towels. 4. The shower cubicle glass walls are not very well sealed at the bottom, which made the shower water seep into the toilet area. That caused the toilet to be smelly when the toilet door is closed. 5. The split air conditioning was not efficient enough and it was noisy. 6. There is no fridge in the room. 7. The price was too much for the available service.
The location is good and you have good access to the tourist areas around the hotel within a 50 km radius. Availability of a number of amenities within a good walking distance from the hotel.
