We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThe breakfast at the hotel is not upto the standard. Variety of food offered is not upto the mark compared to star ratings. Inexperienced chef or a trainee was serving at the live kitchen counter and he mixed up our order with others due to poor communication skills.
Welcome by the Front desk (Bassem Asiri) was beyond expectation. He was very helpful and went out of the way to answer our queries and accommodate us. As his name means he was a smiling mascot.
