The haram is a 8 minute walk away. There are shuttles that take you down to the Conrad. Then you take a lift down to the ground and a walk to the Haram. Busses and lifts were sometimes full, which was an inconvenience.

The property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

One of the highlights of the hotel is the viral prayer place which is one of the highest in Makkah. The issue that access was not controlled and many people from outside came to pray there which made it overcrowded.

We stayed during Ramadan which is for sure peak time for the hotel. Still, the hotel was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to especially mention the lady who checked us in (Bushra) as she went above and beyond her job to make us feel welcome. The location of the Hotel is good with around 10 mins walk to the Haram.

there is not ATM machine, or exchange services at the hotel which is very unusual, the bus trip from the hotel to the drop off area is unpleasant specially the part where you have to catch the elevator to go down the stairs was overcrowded

Still, construction is unfinished, so getting in out of the hotel was a bit difficult. Reception staff needs to be a bit more aware of what the customers have paid at check-in time rather than embracing them.

Perfect

Address Jabal Omar Makkah. It is a brand new hotel. It stands out of the other hotels in many areas. The rooms are very spacious, with super comfortable beds and I had one with partial view on Al haram, very quiet. The staff are superb and attentive. During Ramadan the restaurant offers a wide selection of very good quality food. Not to forget, of course, the emblem of the highest mosque in the world with nice panoramic view on Al Kaaba It's outside the traffic jams, making it easy to access, even though it's not directly on the Haram, it's very close, just a few steps away. I wouldn't hesitate to return when I have the opportunity.

I did not like that there is no refrigerator, but only a device that keeps the cold. If you request a service, they take a long time to fulfill it. The elevator card service to reach the floors does not work, which makes there a lack of privacy. The entrance to the parking lots is very narrow, and there are no signs for the places of the buses that go to... The Haram or from the Haram to the hotel

The hotel follows a luxury chain, which is the Address chain, and applies the same spirit of luxury that we are accustomed to in this chain. I liked that they call you the day before you book, to confirm your reservation, and if there are other requests that you prefer, I also liked that they provided us with the room as we requested it at exactly 10 in the morning.

There was no arrangement when check-in and check-out counters, the buffet provided by the hotel was cold, and the rooms did not have sound insulation.

Stuff was great but unfortunately booking.com didn’t confirm my stay as the payment has been done on the same day of the booking before my arrival and even they didn’t bother them self to apologize and that took more than one hour and half just to check the booking and lucky I that I have found an empty room spicily on Ramadhan month it’s very difficult to find a room in Mecca . But the stuff on the hotel being so helpful. Thanks to everyone who help me out and I appreciate it.

I understand the crowd and the huge no. Of ppl coming during Ramadan, but the receptionists need to be more professional and understanding what is it to have a long trip and the need of old ppl. Just an opinion otherwise you all are perfect.

Everything from A-Z, location was great , imagine you walk to Qabah in 15 mins during Ramadan that was amazing Fatoor ( Ramadan breakfast) greaaaaaat ❤️ The Musala ( prayer floor ) in the roof overlooking the holy mosque was unbelievable. Rooms & loby excellent I had a great journey my father and I were so happy to perform Omerah and staying in this hotel. Thank you for everything 🌹🌹🌹

As traveller, this is the first time we visited Makkah. The Address was the best place to stay. Great location, visit the 36floor mosque beautiful view of grand mosque. Visit the 2st floor restaurant there, Mr. Jajang Abduraman gave us the best service of Asian food, As general this hotel foods was amazing. Receptionist / concierge help us to give information, housekeeping clean our room on time.

Could not fix the hot water issue in my shower. Room 12703 had lukewarm water in shower. Complained about it several times nothing was done. Disappointing

The Sky Mussalla. Wow breathtaking views of the Haram. The restaurants were amazing with great choice of food.

- Iftar was very crowded even they have three floors. - No variety of food - Musala need some improvement and small for ladies. - Far from Haram - Price is high compared to the location
