For the elderly who have mobility issues, the commute to the Haram could be a little inconvenient.

Roaa & Raza's breakfast team each AM was amazing. Ali at the check-in desk was also very helpful. The hotel is absolutely luxurious and a must-try experience.

I stayed for 3 days and I don't know till now. The reason why they close the prayer room in certain time and they open it in certain time. Its Makkah place to worship god and praying room was the goal for ladies

Address Jabal Omar Makkah is one of the best hotels I visited through my journey. Everything is perfect, starting with the prices the offer and services you will receive have a value way more than what u paid I really recommend Address Jabal Omar Makkah for everyone. The Hotel is big u can walk and u will be amazed by the details. While to go to haram the hotel offers a bus ride which is included in the offer once u take ur room Food and drinks are outstanding, food is so delicious well prepared and well presented. Mr. Abou Bakker was serving us and his service is really up to the hotel standards. Im happy by choosing the breakfast offer while reserving the room.

I came on October , the food was so delicious and with lot of choices. I have just visited the hotel for the second time and the breakfast was not as expected. Still okay but not satisfied. My siblings were with me this time for the first time and their comment on breakfast was satisfied 😊.. Anyway thanks for all staffs who were amazing in providing their services for Makkah’s visitors in Address hotel

Everything was fabulous, the only downside was that to go Haram you need to use the shuttle bus you can't walk

Food, facilities, the amazing mosque.. and customer service (We had a small issue yet they went beyond expectations in making it up for us, the staff is very helpful and I'm sure it's well communicated to all of them how to treat guests )

The hotels is amazing at all levels, clean and luxurious. The distance to Haram is a 2-minute walk. The smell is great everywhere. The staff are super friendly.

Have travelled Makkah almost 25 times and stayed in multiple properties but with conviction address is the best . There Hospitality blew us. The mosque on the bridge made us speechless. Very well trained and curtious team. I give 11 out of 10

Tower 1 reception was far from the main entrance.

As soon as you walk in to this wonderful hotel your are met with scented perfume. The perfume is in every part of the hotel. The room was large and clean, complimentary water bottles, coffee machine was an added bonus. Bathroom was beautiful. The view was awesome. Great gym. Beds were comfortable. The sky prayer room over looking the haram was outstanding. 24 hour Shuttle service was fantastic. Abo Bakkar from breakfast service was friendly and catered for us. Breaky was delicious.

Honestly, I can't of anything!! This place is at a distance from haram compared to other options available closer to the haram but I believe their bus services which I saw was available every less than 5 min would surely make up for this. although we did not use this bus service as we stayed at some other place closer to haram for Umrah and then moved in here, I definitely

The place is simply awesome for a comfortable and memorable stay in Makkah - Haram area. Of course, the Masjid bridging the towers is just spellbinding!! More importantly, the staff right from the concierge, the reception, housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the breakfast, and food served is all done to perfection. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Insha Allah looks forward to visiting again. A special thanks to the reception staff for arranging the birthday cake!!

As it is located in Jabal Omar there is large construction sites surrounding the hotel, nonetheless the hotel arranged a 24 hour bus service which takes you closer to the Haram.

From the housekeeping staff to the receptionist, all staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond what was expected and I hope to stay there again.

The location isn’t far but it’s a bit hassle to get to the haram, it would be easy everyday but when you finish your umrah it’s a little difficult
