We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThe bathroom shower had a leak that I told the staff about they tried fixing it, but the leak became worse, and the whole bathroom floor filled with water. The WiFi connection in the room was very bad, I had a hard time working during my business trip. There is no breakfast or room service restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel, furniture, and rooms were great and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Saudi Arabiain order for the flat to be cleaned, I had to ask front desk. without knowing this, I stayed three days where toilets were cleaned only once “by phone request”. I did not like the extra bed I requested: it was only a 10cm floor mattress with only one sheet, bellow, and blanket. we did Not use!!
