Staff at the reception were just top class at check in and check out .. fast , very professional,helpful.. gave me the right for early check in and keeping a big smile all the time .. Room was spacious . Super clean . Nicely furnished .

The check in time is at 4pm which is quite late but alhamdulillah we were lucky to have early check in so this didn’t affect us but bear this in mind. I think it could be slightly closer but of course that is not the hotels fault. I had a baby so wish it was a little closer but that is just me being picky. Alhamdulilah I am happy with this hotel

Very close to Haram. About 1/2 min walk straight ahead you can see the masjid. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Hotel and room was super clean and it definitely seemed a hotel of high standard. The room was so spacious and you can even open the window a little bit. Room cleaning were amazing. In the lobby there is a staff member who serves zamzam water with rose water from a jug that is hanging from his shoulder! Nice experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. Close to the women gates. Has shop nearby for gifts but also groceries.

- The iron was broken and it damaged on my expensive shirts, which I realized while ironing. Routine checks before every check-in must be ensured at all times. - The rooms had balcony. Though there was a drying line in the bathroom but it would be better to have access to the balcony for quick laundry drying. - The Aircon control for the rooms was not independently adjustable, rather it was centrally controlled. This sometimes created discomfort.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The room facilities and room service were good as well. There was good sound proofing, thus it was a peaceful night experience.

The drain of the shower was blocked causing flood in the bathroom and out of it to the room. This should have been fixed before I get in. I didn't like that they asked me to send a bank transfer then they refunded it and ended up that I paid the international transfer fees and they said when I arrived that they can't help me with this but this made me frustrated. I arrived after 5 hrs of travel so I didn't argue with the receptionist much as we were tired but they should have paid the international bank transfer for me which was 100 SAR .

In the restaurant, the food quality was average, lots of carbs, pasta, bakery items, and the buffet had a poor selection On the other hand, the restaurant staff manager is constantly shouting on the restaurant stuff in an unprofessional manner without any consideration for the guests present I would not recommend dining in the restaurant
