WiFi coverage inside the bedrooms is extremely weak. Every day we must reprogram the room cardkey.

The interior is quite old and needs improvements: Air condition units are noisy, broken grills, many light bulbs to be replaced, shower....etc WIFI coverage is poor.

Next to a busy traffic junction. Gets noisy for fussy sleepers. Decor and furniture is dates. Definitely due a renovation. Noise insulation needs to be massively improved.

The facility in general is good but there are some things that need maintenance, for example the water flash in one of the toilets needs repair as the water flow to it is slow and takes a long time to fill up. The sink in the kitchen smells bad and needs cleaning maintenance. There are some broken tiles need to be replaced, and the internet is very slow.

The WIFI is terrible at times with complete blackouts, sorry not business friendly. The fencing around the pool is closed (locked) and will open only at 10 AM once I am at work. So no early morning swim in the pool which is a pity to say the least. Once am home around 5-6 PM the pool is not usable as kids are playing until after midnight. If you want to have your room cleaned you must ask for it despite the fact I have placed the tag (make up my room) on the outside handle of my door. The AC in the living room was leaking loads of water. They may need some servicing and check-up.

I am fond of the location of the property and hence, like the close proximity of all sorts of hospitality outlets and service providers. In the area behind the hotel you can have a peaceful walk. The place is not too huge and usually quiet. The layout is favourable and the rooms have a decent size either you stay short or long-term. The suites are all equipped with a kitchen and a seperate toilet. Room service and a passable menu is available.

1. The sofas are very old and not comfy. They definitely need replacement 2. No towels at the apartment. I had to call the reception to get towels for the four of us. However, we received two only as they were having a “shortage”

The fridge was leaking and the staff didn't believe me, saying that somebody might have spilled water on the floor. This was our second day. On the 3rd day there was leak again, and I could see it really came from the fridge. This is not safe especially I have a toddler walking around the apartment. I also requested for additional large towels, but they wouldn't give us. In all the hotels I have stayed in before, towels are an easy request.

I liked the size of the room, it was big enough for our family of 5. The apartment was clean overall, but a little old.

The location, the relaxing ambiance and the courteous staff. Parking is easy and available.My kids enjoyed the big apartment and the pool although it's cold. Planning to try again in summer.

the furniture and plumbing is old, it has been founded in 2005. the ground floor windows are open to the street and it is too noisy, also the windows are not guarded by anything if anyone wants they can jump right in. the entrance door does not close entirely.
