Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beautiful, clean, considerate. Mattress was divine. Shower was top tier. Staff was professional and excellent in every way. I hope we can visit again and stay longer. There is a beautiful masjid nearby and the two cities look interesting and diverse. It looks like a great community.

KuwaitThe room windows are small and have a barrier that prevents the view, and the price of accommodation is also expensive at the hotel level. Likewise, the receptionist at night was not cooperative and made up a problem by claiming that the Kuwaiti ID was not accepted by the Ministry of Interior’s system, and the passport must be brought. He explained that this is in all hotels in the Kingdom, and when we explained to him that we were staying in the Millennium Hail Hotel the night before, and the night before that, we stayed in a hotel. Movenpick Al Qassim and they did not ask for a passport. Then he accepted the identity card and stayed in the hotel.
The hotel's location provides parking and the rooms are of good quality and clean. Most of the hotel staff are friendly
