This is a very small point; the a/c in the Airstream was very noisy,

The location was fantastic, it was magical to stay in a vintage Airstream on the desert floor surrounded by mountains. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They elevated the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble. On our last day, we needed to check out by 6.30 am. We asked them if we could have a breakfast takeout. They asked us to order off the breakfast menu, they delivered all the items we requested and the cappuccino was still piping hot. I loved we could use the facilities at Our Habitas AlUla, including the amazing pool. It is one of the coolest pools in the most dramatic setting. I loved the outdoor cinema and the wellness programme.

The experience was very special and unique. The caravan is well organized and offers all the amenities you need. The shuttle service is super effective and the breakfast delicious -- I recommend the fruit bowl. The accommodation is located inside a super equipped village with spa, pool, restaurants, cafe shop and much more.

Bikes weren’t available. It would be nice to have a bike road between main resort and caravan! You can use shuttle though.

I believe offering more Saudi food would really benefit the tourists. The Saudi coffee wasn't available at Caravan when we stayed. A hummus plate is also nice to be able to have.

Caravan by Habitas is set amongst ancient rock formations overlooking a palm date oasis. The stars at night are spectacular. The food trucks and relaxation tents very relaxing fit with games as well. The fire pit at night and chill music creates a lovely ambiance. Being able to use the pool and facilities at Habitas is an extra bonus.

The main problem with the comfortable and well kept trailers is the very noisy air conditioning. During day time, it's OK, but at night the noise can be quite disturbing. The hotel management must find a way to solve this inconvenience. Depending on the time of the year, if you don't need air conditioning at night, it's wonderful, for the hotel site is very quiet. The second problem is related to the lack of space for the bags. The third and last one are the breakfast options listed on the menu, which are limited and somewhat unusual, but you can get a regular breakfast with eggs, toasts, fruits, etc, if ordered outside the main list. It would be easier for the guests to have regular breakfast options already available.

This is a very different hotel. Instead of rooms, guests stay in iconic Airstream aluminium trailers located in a wonderful valley with superb views. Only that is already a good reason to spend a couple of nights there. The region of Al Ula is spectacular, full of attractions, specially if you are a nature and history lover. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to assist the guests whenever needed. Besides, the hotel offers a number of activities like cinema, fitness classes, yoga, etc. Meals are served from food trucks.

While caravan didn't have tea/coffee do-it-yourself service we were told upon check-out that was possible to be ordered. Suggest that this is made clear when checking in as well as mountain-bikes were not available.

The caravans location and layout giving sufficient space between caravans was adequate. Breakfast options and quality was excellent as well as all the staff helpful. Views spectacular and memorable.

Maybe just the entrance welcome procedure with the "welcome to the family" talk. It is unnecessary and not all people like this. The propety speaks more than words and words are unnecessary.

Air conditioning is very, very loud. Not possible to sleep if you turn it on. The hotel management must find a way to solve this problem. I read many reviews complaining about this. Breakfast options on the menu are limited and unusual, you must order more regular options like scrambled eggs, toasts, fruit bowls, etc. outside the menu.

Exceptional hotel in Al Ula. It's such a pleasant and unusual experience to stay in a trailer. The location is just wonderful in the Ashar valley. The best place we stayed in all Saudi Arabia.
