It's a big resort with many facilities to keep the children occupied. It's a great place for a lovely family experience. The check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We were offered a late checkout, and they were super helpful. The breakfast was quite tasty

Great place for families, facilities were good, and there was fun zone and aquapark for kids. The peach and swimming pools were clean.

More food options for the restaurants, more activities for children which should be available all time. improve the quality and maintenance of the bicycles. The Reception staff especially Mr. Adel was very helpful and nice. other cleaning and room service staff were also nice and kind.

The cost is exagurated and expensive comparing to the value.

The location was great although I wished to have a sunrise villa. I wished that this was clear between subset and sunrise villa in booking. The private beach was great but the sunrise and royal villas have more privacy than sunset villas as people used to cross walking in front of our villa.

The only comment about bicycle rent price which is over priced

Lots of activities, we got the values for the price we paid Swimming pool are warm The Beach is clean and very easy to access The chalet is clean There were many shows which the kids enjoyed The fun zone prices are affordable There was cat shop which give the kids great experience

As a tourist here in Saudi, we didn't have any car so when we wanted to complete check out no car was provided to drive us to the reception area. My husband had to take a long walk back and forth and we had to takeour luggages walking all the way to the restaurant. Such service should be logically provided in a very big resort. Moreover, Access to the beach isn't easy no aisles or place to walk only hard rocky sand, and the big disappointment is no chairs or sun-bed were provided at the beach, which is shocking to be honest !!

Getting a golf car to reach facilities was so complicated service only in the morning. Staff at reception weren't flexible at all they wanted me out as soon as it was check out time without arranging with me on advance I didn't have a ride the staff didn't mind when I said then I stay on the street with my luggage till my ride comes and pick me up , he was a really rude guy ! I Stayed at a royal villa 3 bed rooms it wasn't on demand so there were plenty of villa available for other guests coming, but he lied and said, "Get out, we need the rooms" I hope other guests wont face same situation sometimes there are circumstances people should hear others and find good solutions.

Rooms are clean and spaciousand and the furniture is new. The breakfast buffet at sayad restaurant was really nice and the staff were nice. The children enjoyed the cat shop, which was clean and stuff was nice.

Ac was not the strongest. Also the price for some of the activities was outrageous like the pool 🎱. Car tags was annoying

Amenities, view and the activities that they provide especially for little kids. The room design was nice and fitted the family nicely.
