This is not the fault of the hotel. Unfortunately due to construction the walk to the Haram is about 40 minutes. Taxis and uber also take time due to the detours and road closures. Normally the location is direct and simple.

I don't like the location very much. But the hotel has a bus that takes inmates to Almasjid Albabawi though it does not take them back.

Nothing! Due to some construction work there were alternative routes available that made traveling through a taxi little longer. Otherwise all good.

I loved this hotel. The room was very spacious with all essential amenities including refrigerator, airconditioner, locker, electric kettle , iron with stand. The room service was super. After first night there was some problem in geyser and they changed our room. There are enormous amount of grocery stores nearby (Baqala).There was also a cafeteria on the ground floor. I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel.

It wasn't near the Haram, but the taxi fees were acceptable between 15 and 20 sar.

So far was my journey in Medina the best. I wish I could have the Staff, the hotel and the cleaners( the one in Front of the hotel) all allong with me during my stay in Saudi Arabia. A big Thank to Ali the Manager, to the driver Amin( who always was smiling at us), to Mohamed Amin from the reception and to all the Bangladesh guys, who made my stay so comfotable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shuttle Service to Haram was a half hour vor each prayer. From the train station to the hotel it costs like 30 sar. U shouldn't accept the price as they are given. Compare always the price with Uber's or with Jeeny's application. Or u can use them to order a taxi, is much safer and cheaper especially the Jeeny. Souk Bilal is cheaper and near to Haram, if u need Ihram clothes. In Medina, they are special services provided to the customers from the Malls, who are far located from Haram. They pay the taxi driver a fee for each customer they brought in and they pay also the ride back to the hotel or Haram or where ever they wanna drive back. U go to the cpunter in the Mall and ask them for a ride to ur destination. The guy will call a driver for u and pay him. I hope these informations were helpful.

The only minus is the distance to the Prophets mosque, especially because there is lots of construction work right now on the streets in Medinah leading to the mosque so it even took longer than normal to get there.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the equipment of the room was enough for a short stay!

There was water leakage in the bathroom/toilet , and we had to change our cloths . For non smoking room there is no need of any sensor. While there were 2 sensors. Internet speed was extremely poor even for watsup and basic browsing. Breakfast was very basic and not buffet. , we ordered from Hungerstation finally.

Cleanliness, Comfortable, Very Friendly Customer Service, Good Breakfast, Easy Access to Transport and Local Shops. Obviously good connection to Mashjid an Nawabi. They provide complementary shuttle Services (drop off only) during Asr, Magrib and Isha prayers. Also very good Wifi Service is also available everywhere. We visited with a group of 10 family members including children during Umrah and booked 04 different types of rooms. All rooms were amazing with great facilities. We received a great support from Mr Al-Amin during our whole staying period. We are frequent travellers and our experience was great. Highly Recommended.
