The staff is not particularly attentive they could try to be more friendly.

It has a good location in a quiet neighborhood, but still with enough stores around supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The reception staffs are very bad behavior and not cooperating,they didn’t understand English and not send helpers to pick up the luggage,I was traveling with family of small baby,they pushing me to vacate the room before 12pm,I requested them I will vacate after Friday prayer,they are not accepting,after I show the screenshot of my booking details it’s showing my vacating time until 1pm,then only they accept.

Very loud equipment on the left side of the hotel running all night. Although helpful, staff speaks no English. No breakfast provided due to Ramadan.

The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you request it. In other words, if you do not call the reception to ask for someone to pass by and clean your room it will remain unserviced. This is nonsense! The front desk said this was to avoid causing disturbance to guests by knocking on the door, but at the same time, the hotel does not provide (do not disturb) signs to be hanged outside of the doors. Also the hotel staff are very limited (reception, concierge, housekeeping). During weekends and seasons expect delays in calls and service. Also, the hotel does not provide a cafeteria or restaurant whatsoever. You have to take food into consideration as there is no such thing as “room service”.

The property is new, and everything inside the hotel is brand new from furniture to carpets. Also, the location is fantastic.The idea that every apartment has a small dining table and seating area and a kitchenette along with two rooms is outstanding and so practical. Furthermore, it is adjacent to McDonald’s and near to the pharmacy and other locations.

As this is a new hotel, there was a problem with the plumbing in our bathroom. It required that we move to a different room. The handling of both informing and moving us was a bit awkward - probably lack of experience from the staff.

the hotel is new and the rooms are spacious, well provisioned, and comfortable. It is main road through town and on the same corner as McDonald's, therefore it was easy to find.
