The towel rail was broken. The bedroom window was left open and I was unable to close it. The room I stayed in could not connect to the house keeping and I could not contact them for assistance. The house keeping cleaned the room without cleaning the tea table from the previous days dirt.

- Masjid was lovely- however needs hoovering!! I felt hoovering it myself. - Check in was a bit of disaster as reception staff were limited and given the abundance of pilgrims- it was obvious that the hotel was overstretched. - I disliked the fact that the room key cards needed to be re-activated every other day as it stopped working. Wasn’t too concerned as staff were able to quickly activate it- albeit could be frustrating if long Que at reception… - I would also suggest having a refurbishment- maybe refit of sofas in the lobby- looked a bit outdated. -Also the Resturant should offer more south Asian/Western cuisines to cater for all of the varying nationalities of guests staying in your hotel. - I strongly would suggest fixing the ventilation/AC/ dryer in the Bathroom of my room- laundry took ages to dry. - Our stay was during Ramadan. Ended up strongly CONFUSED by the young chaps selling tickets to certain individuals- whilst majority of passengers completely bypassed them and did not have a ticket when boarding the buses……In future, please offer more clarity as to whether ticket purchases need to be made for bus travel to the Haram during Ramadan- ~95% of passenger DO NOT purchase paper tickets.

- The Room Attendant Aktar was the best Room Attendant I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering (floor 3). He also had a younger colleague who was also diligent. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my lifetime and Aktar has been exceptional- truly a wonderful asset to your Hotel. You are very lucky and fortunate to have Aktar admists your company. He always ensured whenever I Passed him that I was equipped with all the relevant room amenities. He went above and beyond in cleaning my room regularly and He is extremely hard working. I will ensure to write a positive review on online platforms about the wonderful service He has provided. - I really also appreciate the fact that your manager has relocated my family to another room when we raised concerns of damp in the first allocated room. - The Lifts are very Quick! Amazing. - Location is pretty optimal for an affordable stay- buses conveniently situated directly opposite the hotel. - The rooms are sound proof. We had a Mountain View- no disruption/corridor noise heard so sleep was peaceful. -I also liked the fact that there was an abundance of water and slippers available- surprising for a 4* hotel. Extremely considerate for offering a lot of things most hotels take for granted such as- shower gel, slippers, coffee, tea, multiple key cards, multiple sized towels, bedside lamps, iron boards. - very quick response for the operator when calling from room. - The bathroom in the Masjid was soo nice- truly impressed.

The room service is just a big disadvantage in this hotel. We stayed 6 nights without a single day of room cleaning or even changing the garbage bin in the room.

Location is premium PERFECT in Ramadan. The public bus stop is just in front of the hotel . Very convenient.

I stayed here during Ramadan. And this was the best place to be at given the fact that the shuttle buses were operating right outside the hotel and it took us just one minute to go the haram and back. I don’t know if other days, the buses use the pedestrian tunnel way to commute. But during Ramadan this was definitely the best place to be at.
