The prefect hofel fo stay in medina! I will definitely come back again. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was big and very clean. Fhe breakfast was amazing! The location was not the best but they have a free shuttle bus service to take to the haram every prayer time which was great! So definitely recommend this place!

Check in took more time. The hair dryer was not working. If the bus for transportation is full, you will have to call taxi for transportation. The features mentions that there is kids entertainment area and Gym, but both of these are not available

The bus service to masjid nabawi was good. The only issue is that as the bus is a Toyota coaster , there are only limited seats. I think maximum 22-25 person can be transported at a time, so if you want to get seat get ready early atleast 10 minutes before the bus time. Breaksfast was average. One time when the bus was full, the diver dropped me in haram in a mini van. The bus is always on time for transportation to haram and from haram

lack of towels in thebroom. the alarm kept going off several times in the night. The people around were very noisy and we could hear everything from the room, there was no sound proofing.

good service, clean rooms. friendly staff. decent location, not too far from Masjid Al Nabawi. good breakfast. nice lobby. nice shuttle service, takes around 15 minutes to the Masjid. very comfotable beds and pillows. overall good facilities.

Breakfast could have been a little better. It is very sad that such a nice hotel does not take online payment. I think they need to take a step about online payment. I wanted to pay with my credit card 1 month in advance but they refused and told me to send the money to IBAN. But if you send money to IBAN, my bank would charge me 40 dollars. So the only problem of the hotel is the payment system. But still they helped me a lot and they accepted to pay in advance when I went to the hotel. Thank you very much for everything

The bus service to Haram is not frequent enough, leaves too soon after prayer time in Haram. We had to use taxis to get back to hotel. The bathrooms (shower area) is poorly designed whereby the water leaks into the the rest of the bathroom, flooding the rest of the floor area. The sole purpose of medina visit for most people staying in the hotel is to have access to Haram frequently and conveniently- this, I believe is a major obstacle if we are to consider staying in this hotel in the future or recommend this to anyone.

Guests in next room with 3 loud children, first night was horrible! Next morning the receptionist changed our room. Thanks to her.

Shuttle service was quite poor as it was running just praying time as if you have to go to Haram besides that than you have to pay 15to20 Riyal to Taxi.
