Property is Neat and clean. You will get free Makkah bus from front of hotel to Haram 24/7.. restaurants and shops for groceries are nearby … they have luggage storage facility in case of early arrival….

Everything at is hotel is exceptional, 100% recommend. So easy to get to Haram as there are buses going back and forth 24x7. Amazing rooms and facilities, also eco friendly which I loved! The prayer room so good, loved doing my prayers there as well. The cafe is too good, don’t miss out on the coffee! We were in ramadan and their Iftar buffet was fabulous!

I didn’t like that the Shuttles charged you money as I thought it had a free shuttle

Noisy ac. Pillows are too big. Noisy as near main Street. Old furniture in lobby and room. AC turns off when you leave room as each room has motion sensor so you return to a hot room. No restaurants nearby. No enough shower gel / shampoo.

Location was excellent. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the haram which leaves about every 30 mins(no fixed schedule). There's the orange public buses which are free (SAPCO written on front). The bus takes 4 mins and drops you off right at the haram. The price was excellent.

The location is perfect, with a shuttle bus you can reach Masjid al-Haram in 3 minutes. The stuff are really friendly and helpful.

Fridge could have been colder. Not too many food options near the hotel

Great staff, shuttle bus directly to haram, great location during Ramadan! Be early for shuttle sometimes if haram is too crowded they don’t run. Room was just enough space and clean. There are shops near the hotel that are way cheaper than shops near haram.

Great Hotel 24/7 Bus Service available in front of hotel which drops to Masjid Al Haram within 2-3 mints.Neat and Clean Great Housekeeping ...Staff was so nice and Firendly Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa.

Very good newly build hotel and near to masjid Al haram. The staff is really helpful und friendly. The hotel location is also very good i.e. Only 5 minutes away from Haram. The busses are always available outside to take you free.

Staff did not speak or understand english much. Shuttle driver didn’t speak any English at all so it was difficult to coordinate pickup back from Haram.

Rooms were very good size, spacious and new and everything was clean. Hotel is very close to Masjid al haram shuttle stop, takes only 5 minutes by bus to get there, less than 4 KM distance and almost every shuttle uses the same road so even if you can’t grt your hotel shuttle to pick you you can hop on almost any other shuttle and they will cross Anan on their way.

The room without window to breathe.smeel of toilets. Finally we took 2 days more, then we felt welcome with nice view and better room.

To be very fronk.I have asked for luxury room with view.one or two beds, unfortunately we got no view no window and they give us 4 beds and the room became less spacious. The staff were very kind, smiling, helpful and generous.

The elevator is very slow. We were at the top floor (16th) and had to wait ages for the lift to reach us but that could have been because of the Ramadan rush.

- The hotel is new so the rooms and the toilet were clean. - You can get a bus to the Haram from right outside the hotel ( this service is paid @8 riyal per person and not provided by the hotel) - the bus's drops you at Marwa Gate - Few food places within 1 km range - beds were comfortable and clean

Staff helpful esp Abdel rahman and Hassan at reception Moustafa coffee brewer was exceptionally feast and hospital did our coffee daily and is a hospital charming person
