The location is a bit explainable to the drivers as many are from outside themselves and not very well versed with the location.

The property is a bit inside from the main road but very accessible and nice and clean. Maintained well with extremely good reception from all the staff.

When I first arrived I had a bit of an issue due to miscommunication as some of the receptionist staff don’t speak English well so certain things that were lacking in my room and I needed I was told wasn’t available even after I showed them pictures and google translated what I wanted, meanwhile it was actually available and when I addressed this with the hotel manager he provided them immediately making me know that the receptionist probably didn’t understand what I wanted due to the language barrier The location of the hotel is a bit far from haram so you have to get there with a taxi about 8-10minutes drive from the hotel The bathrooms are designed in such a way that water would leave the bath area into the main toilet. I had an issue where the water was leaking into the toilet and the wifi signal was completely lost in my first room allocated to me but the manager immediately gave me better options of rooms to chose from and I changed my room to a new one. The wifi signal became better but water still leaked into the toilet after a bath. We could hear the people from other rooms in the first room but the in the new room given to us it present but minimal The breakfast options were a bit limited and was like a hit or miss. Some days really nice other days just there. My stay was Good it’s just the little things here and there that impacted it from being great.

Well First of all I’lld like to thank the hotel manager Islam Rushdy that made my stay comfortable and addressed whatever issues I had immediately. If you want to stay at this place this is the review you need to read cus I go into complete details of what staying at this property is like. The staffs at this place are really helpful and friendly and they do their best to make sure you’re comfortable. I had an issue in my first room and immediately I addressed this with the manager I was given a better room. The property is clean and nice and it’s location is good in the fact that it’s very close to the aziziya commercial market and everything you need is walking distance, from juice shops to food stores, malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, lundary places everything was near by. The house keeping is top notch and your vanity bar is refilled every time when Cleaning is requested. The kitchen staffs are really helpful and they try their best to provide what you need and help in any way. When we first arrived there wasn’t any cereal option in the breakfast menu but I requested this and the next few days they provided these regularly. The breakfast menu is changed everyday and there’s a bit of variety to choose from The thing I loved about this hotel is that they try to implement suggestions from the guests immediately and wherever they were lacking once brought to their attention they tried their best to fix it or make a change.

There is nothing really that I disliked in particular. Location had pros and cons. The fact that it was located a bit further from Haram which meant traveling back an forth during Ramadan on a daily basis that wear you out but with them accommodating with a shuttle to make it easier and cheaper goes a long way. Also I had to message them to send the shuttle and they would. This includes after taraweeh or other salahs. The other pro to location is that next to the hotel is a very big shopping centre which met our shopping requirements and allot of people near haram would travel to it due to it being cheaper prices etc. One thing that I would advise the hotel to add would be a self washing machine for customers. The washing services outside will try to rip you off and actually ruined allot of clothes (washed wrong clothes together and colour stains). For customers this would be allot more convenient, affordable and safer for clothes.

The hotel quality, service and staff were exceptional. The staff were very accommodating. They when at times above and beyond. Very understanding and reasonable. They tried their best to help. I do not know all there names but Khalid, Hamada, Mahmood to name a few but all of them were great. Especially during Ramadan their shuttle service to Jamaraat was a saver; my understanding that this was only a ramadan service but it goes a long way. The Suhoor buffet was excellent. Changes of food from day to day was great especially considering that restaurants and food around haram or around hotels being poor quality and mostly fast food; the buffet was exceptional, very healthy and meeting all dietary requirements. Best thing about it is that it is part of the package you pay for. Allot of other relatives etc had to pay allot for food as most hotels didn't include food which meant they had to spend money and time to find decent food. Even though buffet was between 1am and 3am. They would allow you to take your time to finish your food without interrupting or rushing you. Hotel was very clean. Had a fridge, a safe, they would clean your room upon request and provide clean towels and replenish toiletries. Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will come back to use their service in the future In Shaa Allah.

Location was inconvenient at some point. But honestly everything else the place offers is amazing. I checked out to spend the last night in a nearer hotel but I regretted so bad, you can never get this cleanliness and service else where close the Haram for this price.

The Hotel out does many a premier 5 star hotel. I have stayed in many of the hotels around the Haram (zamzam, Raffles and Fairmont included) and I can safely say this place is as good as them all (perhaps fairmont has an edge on them). The breakfast is lovely and the staff very helpful (Khaleel and Sameer lovely brothers who speak good English). Nice underground car park if you happen to rent a vehicle and if not taxis to the Haram are very easy to find..all in all the whole family loved it and would definitely stay again

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they helped us since we arrived with all information we need. They also let my mother stays after check out in the room until her train appointment at 4 pm which was great really. The location also is 6 minutes driving to Haram & there is a public bus station very near you can reach it by walking.
