Biggest issue: Not on google maps in english so cant find it easily accept in Arabic and therefore cant find it in careem/uber either. Must fix this issue and it's an easy fix. Otherwise the internet... signal strength could be better. USB-c charging point in room (instead of USB) would be a big plus. Breakfast could be better.

Big size of the room. Cleaniness is on point, shower water pressure is great, very friendly staff in general. Nice lobby and the foyer is a very nice touch.

Ideally located near the airport, medium-sized hotel, very large room, very clean, beautiful design, very luxurious. The staff are very helpful 24 hours a day. I recommend this place without restriction!

Hotel and the room were clean and reception staff was polite and helpful. I arrived before the official check-in time, and my room was ready, so I got an early check-in which was nice. Room had all the toiletries, selection of tea, coffee and two water bottles. Spacious bathroom.

1. Parking in the basement is very tight. 2. The water in the shower room is weak. 3. When you shower, the water overflows out of the tub. 4. The chair in the room is not suitable for working on a PC. 5. The cost of staying in the hotel is expensive.

The reception hall is wonderful from an engineering standpoint, as well as from a cleanliness and arrangement standpoint. 4. The breakfast is excellent in terms of the quality and variety of food that meets international standards.

I loved the breakfast, the tranquility and quietness of the lobby and restaurant. The warm, welcoming and friendly staff who always made us smile. Staff were very quick to respond and resolve any problems. There was a small problem (not the hotel’s fault) but the staff were extremely understanding and so helpful.

This is an excellent hotel! The only negative is the lack of cappuccino at breakfast. But in the lobby every day they are treated to Arabic coffee with dates. Incredibly polite staff, the chef is very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness and comfort at the highest level.
