One of the staff had a rough attitude. He thinks that he is coming from the same country so his attitude will not matter. This only thing I found bad. Also, it will be challenging to get a taxi. It will be better to get car lift.

Its okay as per the location. If the price is 20% lower then it will be fine. I was surprised to know that Uber is available there. For communication, I have to use Uber all the time. Taxi is not commonly available. Also, you can use local car lift.

The location far from any amenities, groceries, and restaurants. Also, the building itself doesn’t have any thing to provide basic things such as water or coffee (there was a coffee bar downstairs but closed all the time). They don’t provide at least water in the rooms. Smells of the room was not good

The location was very convenient, and the staff are courteous and kind unfortunately there were no towel kept in the room and the time of check-out the reception start question whether you have taken the towel and it was embarrassing. However eventually he said it's okay and let us go.

I liked the location of the hotel because it is near for both Ragdan park and Prince husam park. and many restaurants are not far also. Luckily I got car park in front of the hotel.

-The bathroom was small and not very clean -No toilet paper was provided - The hotel's location is on a steep hill, which means it's hard to exit the hotel by car or by foot. You're directly presented with motorists going fast on a blind hill. - The parking was horrible. You basically have 2 options: park on the designated stalls at street level and reverse into an avenue with motorists going fast on a blind hill, who won't let you merge OR use the underground parking. However, the underground parking has a 35 degree steep and short ramp, then you need to quickly make a sharp 90 degree turn to enter the parking area. After this, you're presented with thick columns that litter the entire maneuvering area of the parking lot. This means you must park and handle an obstacle course with incredibly tight tolerances. All the parking lot's columns are scratched from people attempting to park there. If you're not European and you're driving a smart car; just look for another hotel.

The staff was very helpful, went over and above to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. Front office person insisted in walking me all the way to my room to ensure everything was ok, which was much appreciated.

The air conditioning was not working properly. The bed sheets was not properly fitted, the towels must be changed as it was too old and spotted, even the prayer mat needs to be changed. NO WATER OR TEA in the room. The soup, toothpaste boxes was all wet. The room lock was not working properly, so I wasn’t able to lock my room. The hotel definitely requires some maintenance.

The location was in the city. Rooms prices is less than the others. The room was clean. The front staff was supportive and helpful.
