We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was hardly any Wi-Fi reception in our room on the first floor. I needed to get some work done and had to sit in the lobby downstairs. Other than that, getting an Uber to the hotel from Masjid Al Nabwi is a bit of a problem, especially after Isha and Fajr. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but it is due to the location.
The staff is really friendly, and room was very comfortable and quiet large for a hotel room.

Very supportive, friendly, and respectful staff. Warm welcome with Arabic qahwa and dates. Early check-in and extra mile help with cab facilities. Neat and clean hotel, like everything is at its place. Must come back and recommended place to stay. Calm and peaceful area, away from road traffic and street noises. Very large king-size bed and large area room, exactly like what is shown in the pictures.

No waiting line in lifts House keeping staff very cooperative with quick service. If I would visit again I will definitely book my stay in this Hotel. United Arab EmiratesSeeking Taxi is a biggest challenge. Careem and Uber driver cancel the booking with no reason. Hotel should have contact with known taxi and assist the customer on time. I was about to miss my flight; but the office staff helped me and I found cab luckily infront of hotel.

Salam, the place is about a month old new and very clean and the staffs were very welcoming. masya Allaah tabarokAllaah.🤗 I came alittle earlier than the check in time, however they quickly cleaned a room and I entered about 15 mins later. the welcome drink I received was a bottle of zam zam. 🥰 the place is near to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi if u take a car/taxi. about 7 to 15mins depending on traffic. reasonable cost for both hotel and transportation. Khayr insya Allaah. and Allaah alone knows best.
