Cleanliness, food, room service and everything was very good. Washrooms were neat, whatever we asked for was provided. Taxi was 10 to 15 riyal to haram...very near...we also went by walk and took us 20 minutes to reach haram which was good for us. Near by resturants, baqala and shops for general shopping were good too.

Food at the restaurant was not good. Also, the bathroom was leaking. The cleaning of the bathroom could also be enhanced.

A bit far from the haram especially for older people and children and they don’t provide shuttle service so you’d have to take a taxi to and from the haram which costs 5-30 riyals depending on the time of the day and whether you’re going or coming back. Also the food is somewhat limited in terms of choices.

Very clean and tidy room, the staff were nice and friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The price is good for the value received. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the drainage in the shower area of my room. Despite being informed that it had been addressed, the drain remained blocked, leading to significant inconvenience and mess during my showering experience. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but it was disappointing to encounter this problem after being assured that it had been resolved. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to ensure such issues are promptly and effectively addressed in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and appreciate the efforts of your staff. However, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention for improvement.

Location is 5 mins by taxi, it’s just not very easy to find a taxi back to the hotel during rush hours ( after isha and fagr prayers ).

It’s a bit of a hill to walk to the haram so I did not attempt it. However I did walk back at quite a slow and steady pace which took me about 20 mins. It was a fairly easy walk in the evening. However most of the time I took a taxi. This was sometimes a hassle as not every taxi driver would accept a sensible rate. It cost around 5-10 sar to the haram and a minimum of 15 sar from the haram back to the hotel. On Jummah they were asking for 50 minimum which is very unfair. However you should be careful as to where you get your taxi’s from. The taxi stand situated next to dar ul tawhid intercontinental is the best place to get it as it is closer to the hotel so they only charge you a max of 15 sar. Occasionally they would find someone else to sit with you if you allow them to. Although taxi’s were relevantly easy to catch as there was 100% always one outside or they would see you and park up straight away. As with near the haram, there are loads there. So if one doesn’t accept your rate you can move on to next and usually doesn’t take more than one or two taxis to accept. I would highly recommend the hotel looks to provide a shuttle bus. This would make it a lot easier for the elderly as well for people travelling with children. Please can the hotel consider this. They seriously should as I have seen other reviews asking of the same thing. The pillows are a little too high. They should offer thinner pillows too.

Very clean and the lobby always smelt pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the hotel food was quite nice as was the iced coffee, especially the hummus. The hotel staff always seem willing to help you with any issues etc. The room was very modern and very spacious. The bathroom was fairly modern too and clean. The price per night was very good compared to some hotels that are nearby and charge 4/5 times more. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me so I could not be happier in that regard. Check in and check out were so smooth.
