A bit far from the Masjid Nabvi, if you would like to go on your own to Masjid Nabvi then it's like 10-15 SAR each way on Uber. Not a walkable distance to the Haram.

I wish it were within walking distance of Alharam, but it's not a big deal since there are plenty of taxis available around the corner at all times.

My wife went on a business trip then decided to do umra. I chose this hotel based on rating, my wife feedback was that it was an amazing hotel its a 5 star but for some reason it states 2 star. You won't be disappointed my wife showed me the video which I was speaking to her on a daily basis. I honestly can say this is a 5 star hotel and the rooms are luxurious with another room added for sitting down. Its very spacious and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. My wife had to check out at 12 noon but her flight was at midnight, they gave her a seperate room to relax until she left for airport. As a solicitor in the UK and I am quiet picky when it comes to booking hotels this hotel is truly exceptional and so are the staff. You will not be disappointed and medina by taxi is only around £4. You will not be disappointed at all with this booking. Thankyou to all staff including receptionist who accommodated my wife and took care of her especially the fact that she was alone. This is a 5 star its very clean immaculate and luxurious.

Location. Very awkward location, no transportation available. Even Taxi or Uber don't come around.

No transportation FROM Masjed Nabawi to hotel Only from Hotel to Masjed Nabawi to pray( Asr , Magreeb and Isha )and you must inform the receptionist an hour before the prayers otherwise you have to take a taxi ( which is not easy) or ask the receptionist for help and they are really very helpful. This costs me about 20 SAR from Haram to Hotel ( sometimes more) according to the traffic

Very nice and new hotel, located a few km from the city center, easily reachable by taxi. Very nice and clean room. I would definitely go back. Small parking available right in front of the hotel entrance.

It is far from Haram el Nabawy, 13 min drive, the hotel supply chattel bus to go to haram only for asr, maghreb and eshaa prayers only and not back to the hotel, you have to book a taxi or uber and it is not easy because of the crowd and cost from 25 to 40 riyal

The rooms were very clean, fully equipped, everything is new, very spacious, friendly and helpful staff, it is a really comfortable hotel.

The location is a bit hard to find as there are two hotels with the same name so don’t hesitate asking at the reception for a card with a QR code giving directly the location.

The hotel was excellent, new, fully furnished rooms with all the needed equipment, very comfortable bedding. The staff was also super super nice , brought us water each time, helped us get taxis, gave us tips to navigate through the city.

The distance between the hotel and the mosque is 2.5km, it's the only inconvenient, I think a cab for 2 euros or maybe less, I've never taken a cab, since I like walking, I've always made it there and back without any problem. it was a pleasure.

I really liked this hotel, clean, calm, and the very smiling staff are ready to help you; Frankly, I'd go back again. In the future, I'll try to return with my whole family.

I had a great time at this Hotel and I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Prophet’s Mosque and other historical sites. The food was amazing and the amenities were excellent. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay there again. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Prophet’s Mosque and other attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. The hotel also has a fitness center and a spa that I enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Madinah. It is a great value for money and a perfect place to relax.

It didn’t have a kitchen to serve us the had a menu in the room but when we called them they said that there is no kitchen facilities.

The place was beautiful really comfortable the television and aircon worked well. I really like that there was a door blocking the living room area
