This is not an Hotel. This a higher version of Furnished accommodation with a kitchen and a two room apart hotel type. Furniture needs a to refurbished. Room Ceiling height is low. Quality of the food at breakfast needs to be improved. Some items were not fresh.

It has facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room besides GYM.

The venue was not particularly well located to attend the LEAP exhibition, but this was the only negative point.

Came to Riyadh for the LEAP exhibition and found this property that met all my criteria. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was surprisingly large, the wifi worked very well. Genuinely a very nice surprise and great value for money.

Minor issues only : 1. Hallway was so dark, and it gives off a motel vibe . Try LED wall or floor lights if your main concern is to conserve energy. 2. Add cotton ear buds or toothpick to your personal grooming kits. 3. Structural defect in bathroom . Everytime I take a shower, water would spill off and spread close to the bathroom door . Perhaps construct a glass wall around shower area or raise the floor wall?

One of the Best hotel for its rating. The hotel had almost everything I needed ( shaving kit, dryer , slippers , iron , etc ) Also , my room was so spacious , my bed was so soft and comfortable I could sleep all day. Also , The hotel was value for money, not too expensive . There is restaurant and coffee shop at the lobby. It is close to Lulu hypermarket and other establishments. I'll definitely go back again if time permits.

1. The bath shower closet is poorly designed, very small, leaking water to the main floor, very slippery and has no protective bars in case one slips. The shower handle is of very poor quality. In short it needs urgent attention from the management.

The rooms were very spacious - but we did also receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite Wi-Fi was good - particularly in the rooms (had to change rooms because of a noisy fan,, and in that room (room 314) the wifi was none-existing) Staff was very accommodating - even gave us permission to come back late in the day on check-out day to catch a shower before we headed on our past midnight flight out of Riyadh

More TV programmes and better sound insulation as it's next to main road.

You can easily get a taxi the moment you step out of hotel. There are food and coffee outlets nearby. There is also a simple shopping mall with a big supermarket and many food outlets within 2 or 3 mins walks away. The staff's attitude is positive and they are polite. Special mention to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception counter. My compliments to him. He speaks fluent English; hence it was easy to communicate with him. I find him helpful and patient and he made the stay more pleasant.

The staff are very helpful and specially the receptionist Ibrahim who made our stay pleasant. Hotel rooms and premesis are not reaching the expectations but the staff are very helpful and rooms are quiet.
