United Arab EmiratesThe location wasn’t very helpful to visit clients at Al khobar, a bit far. The breakfast wasn’t really good. A filter or a coffee machine would have done the job. The coffeeshop at the reception needs to be handed to a professional team as it is a loss of valuable space. Could be much better and much more profitable.
The staff excellent and the rooms are spacious, clean. Underground parking and quick checkin and checkout. More of a family hotel.

SerbiaThe staff at the reception didn't speak English, also in the room they didn't change my towels or clean the room, and when I ran out of water, I tried to call the reception, but they turned off the phone in the room. I called them from my personal phone in the evening they didn't answer and in the morning when I got them they hung up on me twice when I spoke to them in English. At the reception they don't speak English and they don't try to communicate with you, that's the part that I consider unprofessional and that I personally didn't like, everything else is for recommendation.
the hotel is beautiful inside and out, the staff in the restaurant are very nice and I like that I could use the pool to swim and sunbathe even though it only opens from 10am. The location is good, overall good value for price

Saudi ArabiaYou should enhance your services, according to that I ordered to cleanup my room before I leave with my family to picnic and they didn't do it. Also, the check out time is too early, we were asked to leave at 12 PM extended to 1! Hotels are known to leave at 2 PM or 2:30 maximum.

Saudi ArabiaAll was ok but one thing i dont like when i requested something like bathrobe it took like one hour before they delivered in my room. One thing also i don't like was when this housekeeping entered my room to check if there was bathrobe inside he was staring at me like very near and it was very uncomfortable, he should keep his distance from a woman when he talk that's a sign of respect.
The room was cozy and clean. I stayed for 2 days and i enjoyed it, jacuzi was amazing❤️
