I'd like to send a special thanks to the customer service team who is offering a very professional service. In particular, the Egyptian guy Mustafa and the wounderfulllll Saudi lady who work in the lobby in the morning. She had a great personality, and she has the perfect experience in customer service. For sure I will come again to this hotel.

Saudi Arabia12 reviewsGoodThere was no food services around the hotel (e.g. grossery or resturants..) and there was no room service inside the hotel, you will need a car to get food. I was told that there was a small coffee shop inside the hotel, and my friends were told it was not working.
The hotel as the room was good and clean, and staff were .friendly

Miss Maram in the reception was so helpful, polite, and humble. She is lovely girl. Room was clean and the tv is smart which rarely can be found here, I was able to open Netflix for my kids.

Saudi Arabia22 reviews“in general was a great stay , highly recommended”1 - there’s no alarming for the housekeeper, you need to inform the reception to make up the room otherwise no one will clean it in daily basis. 2nd it’s about the elevator bell , it’s noisy during sleeping I heard it in every time someone used , so I prefer to take the farthest room .
