Breakfast was very weak. Also there is not much around the hotel, but it was close to my office so I did not mind.

Room was very large and cozy and exceeded my expectation. Remember to press the 'request' button if you want room cleaning, it is not by default.

It should be easier to communicate with the staff. I complained about a logged wash basin for 3 days in a row and even showed them pictures, but they didn't fix it. They also need to clean out the trash daily, even if the room doesn't need cleaning. Breakfast is too simple - would be good to have some more options for fresh eggs or fruits.

The property is quite new and very beautifully decorated. The rooms are small (very compact) but clean and comfortable. Linen and towels are fresh and clean. The staff are friendly but speak very little English. Good coffee at the restaurant. Mohamed is very polite and helpful.

The room wasn't spacious. Balcony set wasn't clean to use. A bit over-priced.

The room was extremely small with one very small window that just opened up to the building's wall (!). Doesn't appear to reflect the amount of money I paid for it.

The overall cleanliness and design of the hotel was impeccable. Very comfortable and very refreshing for Riyadh.

The internet was horrible from day one. For 5 days I was not able to work at hotel or even have a decent video call because of an issue. I called the frontdesk and they informed me it is an issue from the teleco company but unfortuatenyl, it was not fixed till the day I left.

I had the pleasure of staying at Iris Boutique, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast came to my room every morning but no variety though The room is very clean and the style is modern. Overall it was to onice

Internet buggy Tv buggy Toilet not cleaned and room not made up Tea and coffee setup but no milk . When asked they said there is no milk dry or wet in all hotel Barely any Cupboard storage, had to live out of a suitcase Toilet plumbing poor . Water doesn't drain in sink ! Small room Shower water splashes into bathroom making floor wet. Housekeeping staff sub par and doesn’t know how to install toilet rolls, forget to clean room Had a Muffin which i bought to eat and was Thrown away by staff.

Reception staff were smiling but unable to help much due to language issues.
